  • I have fairly old plumbing, circa 1970’s. We’ve had to tear out the tile and decided to update the fixtures. The item we received is heavy duty, which I expected. Upon reviewing the valve body to the instructions we have additional holes that are not depicted or explained in the instructions. Called pfister customer service and was told we were supposed to have a choice between the two available options… Several trips to the hardware store and 3 handymen later, we are stuck figuring it out on our own. Not very happy with how limited information is provided in the listing.

  • This faucet isn’t good quality. The soap dispenser arrived with a place on the top where the finish is slightly gold instead of chrome. The handle feels loose, like it has too much play in it. In fact, all of it feels kind of loose and not substantial. The faucet is so loud that I thought someone was spraying an aerosol can the first time I heard it. I can’t recommend. The handle started to leak within a few weeks of purchasing. Pfister has replaced the cartridge 4-5 times and it keeps leaking. This faucet is garbage. DO NOT BUY IT!

Same look and style but the end connections are not wide enough fit correctly. Called the company and no one could explain why or have an alternate part that would would work....No one at Pfister could help. So until I find another place that carries the right one, I'm stuck with an expensive faucet decoration. Luckily I have a second sink in the Master Bathroom.

This is a nice and nice-looking shower head from a major manufacturer with a great reputation. It’s got five settings and they’re easy to click between, which my video shows. It’s also, like most shower heads, easy to install: unscrew the old one and put this one on. It always helps if you have a roll of plumber’s tape to avoid leaks and drippage. Some shower heads come with tape; this one doesn’t, but I had a roll in the garage. I’m not really sure what this is made of. Polished chrome is the finish, and it says the material is metal, but it feels like some sort of ABS plastic to me. I could be totally wrong about that. It sounds like plastic to me when I tap it with my fingernail. It is sturdy, yet not heavy. It came packed very well, wrapped to avoid scratches, and in a little plastic holder (like the bottom of a flower pot) to keep the head from scratching and breaking. It is a pretty wide head—wider than my previous shower heads. My last one was 3” and I measure this as 5” even though the specs on this listing say 5.85.” (The plastic holder that the head comes in also measures in at 5”.) It's a good size—not unwieldy but it provides full coverage. The flow on this one is lower than my previous shower heads. And, that’s okay, because I’m in a place where water is at a premium. I did research AFTER ordering (of course), and this lists as 1.8 gpm: high-pressure heads are usually about 2.5 gpm. I also have a hose shower head connected (with a switcher—that’s not in my pictures) to this same shower and the hose one provides more force for, say, washing my dog or rinsing my hair. The flow is comfortable—it affords great showers and keeps water use to a minimum. But it’s not, like, a high-pressure massage head. It’s not supposed to be. Personally, I do enjoy garden-hoselike spray from my showers, but I also like long, hot showers, and that does waste a lot of water. So this is good. This comes with a limited lifetime warranty, which is great plus. I’ve had a lot of shower heads in my years; this is one of the nicest, providing a very nice shower with different pattern options.

Correction to my rating: the valve didn't fail, but rather a piece of rubber got stuck in it. I took it apart, added silicone grease, and replaced. Now it works as before. I bought this through Home Depot (974-074 2-1/6 in. Hot and Cold 25 mm Cartridge for 529 Series Pull Down Single-Handle Kitchen Faucets) It lasted shy over one year, as other posters mentioned. (Installed December 2020, need replacement in February 2022). It becomes loose in left-right directions and becomes really difficult to adjust warm water.

I installed this faucet along with a sink, in my camper van project (see photo). I wanted the tall gooseneck because I like to stick my face under a faucet for rinsewater, when brushing my teeth. It's got good clearance for a lot of water bottles and cookware that might be used in a camper. With the Moen G2245622 2200 Series 22 Gauge Single Bowl Drop In Sink, Stainless Steel, there is 9 3/4 inches of clearance from the faucet outlet, to the sink bottom. The spout swivels too, which may help in getting tall items under the faucet, even with a small sink. The hot and cold handles are a bit small and smooth for my preference, but will be ok. They turn about 90 degrees from off, to full on. I'm only going to have cold water supply, so, I had to cap the hot water inlet to prevent leakage if the hot water valve was opened. I got a PVC 1/2 FIP fitting and used teflon plumbers tape to seal against the brass (looking?) hot water inlet thread.

  • I haven't had this installed yet, however upon looking at it it is going to work out great. First I love the finish, its much brighter than the current faucet we have. This will match our appliances better. The shape and height work great for our space. The spray nozzles operates freely. The spray buttons are on the backside which may or may not be favorable for your space, but they are easy to operate. The warranty is also important to me. I have used the warranty on several faucets throughout our 18 year old home in the past where parts wore out.

Nice looking soap dispenser. Not as heavy as I would have liked - overall I would recommend

I had originally given this a very positive review., but after a very short period of time, the back panel of the shower head has come loose and water just streams straight down instead of through the jets. I can’t believe it only lasted a few months. I’ve heard of shower heads getting blocked but never just breaking like this. Poor manufacturing quality. <old review> Love the look this gave my new remodel. Nice feel, good quality.

During installation, the contractor broke the handle. We contacted Pfister and they immediately replaced it. It's been great ever since!

  • We ordered an open box that shipped from a supplier in Minnesota and the package was an open box which was repackaged really well and survived the shipping to NJ. All pieces were intact and it was a great deal.

  • Sleek modern design , easy to clean!

  • I was disappointed that mine arrived broken, and more upset that it would take 7-10 business days to replace the broken part, which is a major problem because I’m starting to smell bad and need to fix the shower. But yours probably won’t arrive broken, so go for it! It looks great. I specifically needed this faucet and color to match the rest of the house and it looks awesome. The O-Ring for the handle was broken. I reached out to the customer support link pfisteroutlet.com provided, Basscraft. Basscraft kindly informed me that they weren’t sure why pfisteroutlet.com had given me their company’s customer support to address problems with a pfister product. I was bummed to have wasted the time waiting for a response, but it happens. So I called Pfister. They said it would take 7-10 business days. Now, like I said, I really need to fix this darn shower because I’m starting to smell bad so 7-10 days isn’t gonna cut it. Now I’ll just go to a retailer and try to find a replacement O-Ring on my own.
