LOVE IT! Beautiful and works great.
Our old faucet wasn't terrible, I'll admit. We donated it afterwards. It was terrible for trying to fill large pots for pasta. It was scratched up pretty bad from trying to watch dishes and other things. Tough to work with. So, we got this new faucet. First, we found out that whoever put the old faucet in has turned those annoying plastic nuts the wrong way, so that was a ton of fun to get out. However, we found out by reading all the instructions ahead of time (that always helps) that we would never have to deal with those plastic nuts ever again. You can see how long the tubes are for this thing in the 2nd and 3rd photos. It arrived in a very large box. I was shocked by that. It was so easy to install, neither of us could believe it. We even have a water filter we attached to it. You can see we took photos of the drain pipes ahead of time because it was just easier taking those out and taking off the one for the disposal to get in there better. By the time we finished, we not only had a sprayer that doesn't do that annoying thing where the hose gets all caught up in everything under the sink and has to be yanked on to get it to come out. We also found out this one has a weight you put around the hose to make it easily slide back down. It comes with a plate to install it on top of so you don't have to worry if you have two holes in your countertop from your old faucet system. It covers that up really well. It also comes with a soap dispenser to replace that hole you had for your sprayer. You don't have to use the cover plate if you already have only one hole drilled for your new faucet. Best instructions I've ever read on a home improvement project. Fantastic faucet. It only has one handle for both hot and cold. Fantastic buy.
Beautiful fixture, have had it in place for over a year. Works great and looks really classy and high quality. My only complaint is the at-the-time new pop up style drain. It was a pain to install and it’s a struggle to get the tightness so that it seals the water in the sink without leaking outside and into the vanity. Like it enough to order another but hoping Pfister has improved the drain.
Pic of this product with plastic pc that broke. New brass pc did come with screw and no way this will sheer off like the plastic one did. Super glad to have the shower back and know i won't ever have to deal with that again.
Great looking faucet with excellent output of water. This is the second time I have purchased Pfister fixtures and have been very pleased with the look and quality.
Got faucet today. It’s nice and made of metal instead of plastics like HD stuff. Install wasn’t too bad but the one thing I look for when buying faucets is if the supply lines is the hard plastic or the flexible ones. This said it come with branded nylon which is flexible but end up with the hard plastic. It’s too short to loop and too long to connect straight. Not sure if the end can be cut and doesn’t look like it can be disconnected from the faucet end. Rather not have these installed and just buy my own supply lines.
If your plumbing isn't exactly PERFECT the handle doesn't align with the trim. Poor design. They have to know not everyone has perfectly straight plumbing. It should not be designed so the handle just butts up against the plate
It is very sturdy and looks beautiful. We have it in the powder room and it looks fantastic.
This faucet is perfect and exactly what I wanted! The quality is excellent and it matches perfectly in my kitchen. I highly reccomend !
Nice spray/stream faucet with soap dispenser, push button changes to stream without shutting off water first. Long reach to easily wash double sink. Comes with “fill from top” soap dispenser. Easy to clean and faucet curve sits mid sink. Classy look with sound utility; priced right. Has a different model that comes with replaceable water filters. However, if you have a reverse osmosis system in place, this model is perfect with no need to change filters and a lower price. RO system installers installed this system for me. I had the filter system model in my past home and the ball valve was not installed correctly. Therefore, when I pulled the nozzle out it hung instead of easily return back into the faucet. So, if you don’t know what you’re doing, get someone else to put it in for you. Recommend buy.
We love this waterfall faucet. We had a an faucet go bad in our upstairs master bathroom so we found this faucet to replace it at Home Depot. We have 2 sinks in there so we purchased 2. 1.5 years later our downstairs faucet started leaking and Home Depot no longer carried this style and I thankfully found it here on pfisteroutlet.com. I really like the clean line of the handle. The faucet, if not turned on fully the water wants to do a backwards flow. So there isn't a small flow if you are wanting to save water. Definitely not a big deal, however to get the nice waterfall feature, you will need to fully turn your handleand water flow. Sometimes you want just a tad of water like when wetting a toothbrush.
Wow a $100 Pfister for $40. This faucet among many other Pfisters, is fantastic and works 100% flawless. Not sure how this dealer does it but this was brand new in box with factory strapping around box. This requires zero puddy/dope. No leaks at all. Pop up stem is awesome. Will buy one again for the kitchen if the seller has one I want.
Faucet was very easy to install. Really like the high squarish type curvature compared to the half round type as most faucets have. I can now use my sink for large pots without having to tip them to the side to clean or fill with water etc. Some has commented about where the control handle sits - please note there are groves where the faucet spout sits in (when using the deck plate) every quarter turn there are groves so you can basically have the faucet handle positioned to where it suits you the best. I choose the standard layout with it to the right side and the control dropping to the front. The sprayer function works well, I was concerned about it being a little sprayer head and pressure, not the case plenty of pressure. For me this faucet works for my needs and the quality I feel should last for many years. Pfister is mid range price and they do make quality faucets I would say just as good as the higher priced brands. .
This is the best looking faucet ever. It looks so sleek and elegant against our black sink. It was very easy to put together. I love the fact the buttons are not in the front. I also love you can install the soap pump as close or as far as you want. It has great pressure. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great looking faucet with great functionality. Very well made and designed.
