Complemented bathroom decor just the right look. Guest enjoy the waterfall faucet! Quality plus!

I love this faucet. We installed a high end RO system to remove any residual from our softening system and any other pollutants. We only have one hole through our granite countertop and I did not want to drill another and risk a problem. Before purchase, I contacted Pfister, and they would not tell me the type fittings or if it could hook to my RO and jabbered about warranty, etc. I decided to chance it figuring I could adapt if necessary. However, the Lita has a standard John Guest male end fitting on the hose that connects to the GE filters. I gave the GE filters to my son for his house with the spigot from my RO. My RO hooks right up to the Lita solving my problem in one go. It has worked fine since installation about 18 months ago. Occasionally the button for the spray gets stuck, so maybe a bit of silicone spray or WD-40 is in the future. Directly below the disposal is a black line that goes directly to the Lita. It plugs directly into the John Guest T fitting with no leaks.

The plastic piece of this kit mates with a brass stem. In three years this extension kit is rubbish because of the sloppy way these two pieces fit together. The plastic wore down against the sharp edges of the brass until the stepped portion of the plastic piece no longer engaged with the brass, causing the handle to spin freely in the shower. I had to take the handle off while the shower was running so I could turn the valve off. What didn’t help is that the cartridge was only three years old too and became hard to turn, thus putting even more pressure on this plastic piece. Garbage and since this is the only extension kit made for my faucet, I’m looking to replace Pfister with a brand that has better quality components.

Well made. Sturdy, but looks great. Excellent water flow. Bought a cheaper knock off earlier, which failed within weeks. Love the waterfall effect!

This faucet looks nice. I love the matte black. It goes well with my bathroom. It took my husband a little longer to Install because he had to go to the home improvement store to buy the steel braided hoses that connects to the water supply valves. So he was a little irritated. If you are installing this into a brand new sink, you will have to buy new hoses. If you are installing this to replace an existing faucet, you can hope that your lines match up with this faucet or you will have to make a trip to the store. So My husband advises that you check before you start installation. I also wish the spout came out a little further. It seems to close to the back of the sink.

I ordered this as a replacement kitchen faucet, less than 5 minutes installation, love the brand, the style is nice and it is very sturdy, easy instructions. I would highly recommend this kitchen faucet.

nice look it does its job

Unboxing this item gave a shine to my eyes like no other faucets. This faucet is a total beauty! All the parts are easily explained and illustrated in the instructions along with part numbers which is a very handy reference. The parts all snap together with a click and have a tight fit. This faucet is well-engineered with the fittings having a leak proof design. The faucet handles operate easily and a have smooth travel feel turning on and off. The faucet neck travels smooth back and forth. The added side sprayer gives you an option to install it or not, and they provide a snap on the small black close-off valve to connect to the diverter. Also, the handle valves can be easily replaced if ever needed. Another nice feature is the hot and cold water lines are extra long which makes it easier for installing in sinks that have hot and cold valves that are farther from the sink. Nice! My final opinion: This faucet is simply a beauty and worth every one of those 5 stars.

Like this design, not too modern or too old fashioned. 18" wide is just right for hanging a folded bath mat in my small bathroom.

There’s nothing better as far original parts, when it comes to precision and quality. The part arrived quickly and nicely packaged.

Received yesterday and it's a beautiful system, however the shower head is plastic while the rest of the components are metal.

I like this faucet and I had it installed without the "plate". As I looked at it after installation, I thought it should be taller. After checking pictures, the manual, etc. I realized we were missing a piece, the bottom collar/putty ring. Called Pfister and they knew immediately that I was missing the part and sent it two day air. Pfister admitted that this part had been left out and I wasn't the only one with it missing. #1, it would be nice if they provided a part list with their product so you don't have to solve the mystery "why is my faucet shorter than the picture?". It's a nice faucet and IMO much better than the popular right hand control with spray in the faucet - I have one in my laundry room and the right hand faucet control is very inconvenient and the water comes out so high above the sink, the whole deal is annoying, so this one is much better, just make sure you have the ring if you are installing directly into the counter. The picture shows the missing part on the window ledge. PS Don't get this Kohler sink if you have a standard width counter.

This faucet came complete with all its parts. It is super high quality and looks beautiful.

Quality and installation were great, love the look of this faucet. Have had it for over a month, works great, no issues

I've installed many faucets, and this one is standard fare for pull-down faucets now. It's good looking and substantial, and it does exactly what you'd expect. The flow is well aerated and adequate, and the controls are smooth, including the pull out hose. The only minor hindrance to installation was the number of threads on the faucet base. It's safe to say your countertop isn't thick enough to prevent this faucet from reaching through. Threading the large nut all the way up with the provided tool was a chore, especially with the bowls on my sink intruding on that already cramped space. Once installed there are just a couple of things that are noteworthy. First, and least, the faucet spray head doesn't center itself when retracted. It's no big deal, but it may be aimed slightly to the side when released. Secondly, the controls. This will be hard to convey. My current faucets control body protrudes perpendicular from the base, and the handle is at 90 degrees from that creating a natural, user friendly stroke. Pull to the right for more pressure, fore and aft for hot and cold. Now, remember the original Delta single handle joystick faucets? That's how this Pfister operates, but flipped on it's side. I can't describe how this feels in-hand, but it's awkward. When adjusting the temp, it's less like pulling a lever and more like turning a knob. The end of the lever doesn't move much. The action happens at the base of the controls. It's like swinging your hips around while holding your head still. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it's not intuitive. On the positive side, it does have the premium sealing cartridge which will be needed for our particularly hard water. Finally, I think this Pfister Tamera is right down the middle of the road for value. Certainly better than a Delta that I bought and returned, but not quite as nice as my current Hansgrohe. If you like the aesthetics, you should not be afraid to buy this one. It should do the job for years.
