Like some other commenter's, mine came completely disassembled and no instructions.Spent a lot of time looking for video showing the parts of the cartridge going together; they all just show installing an already together cartridge. After I figured it out, I took it apart again to take the step by step pictures included with this review. A little puzzle, not rocket science. Also had an issue with my faucet because the old (non-ceramic) cartridge left part of itself behind when I removed it. So at first it seemed the new cartridge would not fit. After figuring that out and removing the rest of the old cartridge, the new one fit fine. That was about a month ago. It's been working well, nice and smooth.

The issue I've run into with this toilet paper holder is when you put a new roll on the bar doesn't sit flat. However if you pull the bar slightly past where it's supposed to rest, it will then sit flat. Kind of annoying. Also there is a slight variation in color between the bar and holder. I installed level and properly. This is opening on right side.

Easy to install, product as described

This is a replacement faucet in my white bathroom. It looks so nice! Love the white handles.

So we didn't follow the guidelines, in that this looked so cool that my husband was determined to make it work within about 4.5", instead of the 8" to 14" distance between sink holes that it is supposed to be for. He says "i do not recommend doing it that way" but we're also both very happy with it. I like the way it looks, and it works, so that's all i know to say. My husband installed it, and as you can see from the pictures, it has a lot of parts. Here are his comments in case they're helpful: 1. The nuts that attach it to the stick require a 38 mm stubby crescent 2. If the drain pipes underneath your sink are 1.5 inch, you will need to buy an adapter because this comes with 1.25". 3. ("Most people who install these will already know this, but...") it does not come with water supply lines. Depending on what type of lines you have, you may have to buy these. (We didn't need to.)

The Pfister Jaida faucet is beautiful. My wife and I decided that we were ready to update our counters to granite and didn't want a three hole faucet so we searched for a single hole waterfall style faucet. I can't begin to tell you how well the faucet operates. There is a smooth transition when switching on and off with a nice weight balance vs force when manipulating the handle to start the water flow. It actually seems to flow better and at a higher gallon per minute (gpm) ratio than the stock two handle system that the builder installed. The faucet also comes with a quick disconnect hose system that allows for a quick disconnect and cleanout on the waterlines (sometimes sediment can get lodged in the screen restricting water flow this allows a quick break since you are unable to remove the screen on the faucet on this style of faucet compared to the screw on and off screens on traditional faucets. Why four stars? Installation. This faucet utilizes a rubber washer between the drain stem and the faucet on the water basin side. The under mount (where the drain tube is secured under the sink) utilizes a mack washer with screw thread cut outs. Since the area of the tube where the mack washer compresses has no threads the washer leaked. I called tech support and they suggested plumbers putty at the top of the mack washer. Didn't help (and I had already done this). I removed the drain system, removed the rubber washer, put plumbers putty under the flange of the drain (where the drain stem meets the water basin), filled the threads of the mack washer with plumbers putty (not too much or it will invert when you try to slide it up the drain tube), and put a small amount of putty between the bottom of the sink where it meets the mack washer. Voila! Perfection. Except that since I have a sink with an overflow system you have to line the overflow holes in a specific manner. This makes the Pfister logo crooked. Not a functional problem but aesthetically irritating. NOTE: After install you will have air in the lines. This points the water straight out. Don't be surprised if you get hit with a burst of water if you forget to put a hand over the spout when you first turn it on. Overall I would buy it again should the need arise. Looks great, works well, solid construction, and best of all it made my wife happy. Once I knew the trick with the putty the install time for me was about twenty minutes per faucet. While you are on here if you don't have Teflon tape make sure you get some so you don't have leaks at the water lines. The picture of the drain is a stock photo but the others are of my bathrooms after the installation.Pfister Jaida Single Control 4" Centerset Bathroom Faucet, Brushed Nickel

Really easy to install- taking out my old one took me longer- the only slight issue was the weight- it was kinda big so when I’d pull out the hose I’d feel the weight hit my cold water faucet below sink. Saved the old small one from previous fixture & that worked perfectly Also, the handle just moves down & out- not back. I don’t remember seeing that detail but I love it. Super happy I picked this one 💫

Nov 13, 2019 I am adding current photo. It has gotten so much worse since I posted last. I installed this in June 2016. This is what it looks like now. It is all peeling off. I have Kohler brand for the main faucet on the same sink. Nothing has happened to that. It still looks like new. I will never buy this brand again.

This faucet is a cool design, was fairly easy to install and looks great. The only criticism I would have is the pull out spray function is not as easy as my other Pfister kitchen faucet. It take a bit of a rug to get out of the seat. And the angle of the spray is a bit awkward to get used to. I’m sure it’s just a matter of getting used to it. I’m hoping that the “grabbing mechanism” that holds it in the stationary position does not loosen and the spray portion doesn’t hang down one day. Otherwise I love it and am sure I will get used to the spray function.

Well the pieces look good as expected but as I read on one of the other reviews the tun faucet didn't fit. The adapters included spaced it away from the wall to much and the unit by itself wouldn't screw on. Very Very dissatisfied. What the other review didn't say was the length of pipe that you need for the spout to work correctly. Well I can tell you any less of 3 and 3/4 inches of a threaded pipe from the wall will not fit. It looks to be designed for around 4 to 4 and 1/4 inches from the wall. If you have a threaded pipe on your faucet compare it to the above. You can sweat the threaded head off and use a different adapter if you have that as an option, otherwise don't waste your money. Issue number two. If you have the following valve (see picture) lift up and out don't waste your money on this. My house was built in 1990 if that helps anyone else.

Junk, "Pfister 961-004S Amherst 34 Series Side Spray Mounting Flange with Hardware, Stainless Steel"! I purchased this to replace an aged broken mounting flange. $20.95 gone, and I received a plastic threaded mount, (which will break again), metal dome flange which cuts into the top of the sink, and a plastic nut. Where is the rubber bushing to prevent water from leaking underneath the flange and into the cabinet? This has the, "Pfister", name on it and it is just a cheap piece of plastic that probably came from China and Pfister paid $0.75 for it and up charged it to me for $20.95. I will not purchase from this manufacturer, Pfister! I definitely to not recommend purchasing anything from Pfister.

Pros: 1. Looks unique and beautiful. 2. A company you can trust. 3. On/off lever is low profile and easy to move. 4. Good water pressure. 5. Comes with both single hole and 3 hole mounting plates. Cons: 1. First one came with defective finish. The unit was not painted correctly where the water exits the throat and looked unpainted/rusty. Returned, unit was replaced quickly at no charge, and the replacement was much better. Fully inspect and if you can try out any product you receive right away. If something is not to your liking send it back! 2. Pop up drain assembly/lever is old school technology and was a bit of a chore to install. Getting the lever to seat in the base of the faucet assembly without it spinning/being out of alignment took more time than anticipated. Overall the unit seems worth the $. Have been using for 1 1/2 months now with no issues. Took the unit to the hardware store to match up the additional water lines needed and 3 store employees commented on how beautiful the unit was. Installed 2 Pfister Kenzo towel bars, a Kenzo robe hook and a Kenzo toilet paper holder at the same time when we remodeled our bathroom. Each item came well packaged, in excellent condition, is well built and looks stunning. I have 4 Pfister faucets in my home. They always seem to put out good quality products. My experience is that water pressure, how long the faucets last and whether or not you experience issues with your faucets are most often a result of the type of water you have. If you are in a rural area and on a well and have sediment or hard water, you should expect deposit build up, water flow issues and shortened life expectancy of your faucets. Running The Works or a similar product through the lines and faucets periodically and keeping filter screens clean always helped to improve performance whenever we experienced issues. We installed a water softener and that has helped improve the performance of all of our water using appliances. You CAN get a similar looking faucet for 1/2 the price. I personally WOULD NOT take the risk on a brand that has an unknown reputation for quality. Pfister is a solid brand.

Perfect for a rustic powder room. Rustic Bronze has more of a speckled finish.

I like Pfister faucets because I think they have pretty nice designs and decent quality in their lower-end products, and this faucet looks and feels exactly par for the course in that regard with solid feeling construction and a matte black finish that is smooth and completely free of blemishes. The handles turn smoothly and very little effort is required to open and close the valves, and it’s an attractive faucet that fits perfectly with our black and white Asian-themed downstairs half bath. What I don’t like about Pfister faucets is the horrible mounting hardware. They use simple hex nuts and washers to tighten the faucet and handles to the deck, and it is impossible to keep them (faucet and handles) straight when tightening the nuts down properly. So, if you don’t have a second person to hold them in place while tightening, you will constantly be going under the sink to tighten the nuts a little bit, then back up top to straighten the faucet, then back under the sink to tighten the nuts a little bit, then…well, you get the picture. There are two simple solutions that would rectify this aggravating situation: either change to lock nuts (best option IMO), or use grippy material instead of plastic for the bases of the faucet and handles so they won’t spin on the slippery sink when the nuts are being torqued down. I have purchased cheap no-name faucets that utilize both of the aforementioned methods for the easiest installations you could imagine, but, for some reason, it seems that Pfister really wants you feel like you earned something to get their faucets installed. And this is not the whining of a novice, I have installed a lot of faucets in my home as well as family member’s homes over the years, and Pfister continues to be the most difficult ones I have encountered. I really do like the faucet, but the installation could and should be so much easier.
