I love the look of this faucet. It's really powerful and have had no problems with the sprayer although we don't use it that often. After a couple years of gentle use at a part time home, the finish is flaking off. We have the matte black color so other finishes may hold up better. Not sure how this has mostly 5 star reviews when the same faucet on other sites gets a 2.5 star rating.

Haven't had this sink faucet long (about a month so far), so I can't speak to it's longevity yet. So far it works okay, but I am a bit disappointed with it aesthetically. The handles don't screw on--they just pop on like a cap, so there is no way to tighten them if needed--which I do. I can't get the cold water side as snug as the hot, whoch is annoying. They also show EVERY SINGLE smudge, fingerprint, drop of water, etc. We bought it for a powder room remodel, so it's a sink that doesn't get used a ton but I still feel like I'm constantly having to really wipe it down which I was hoping to avoid. It was a huge pain to install, as well. So, unfortunately disappointed with it overall.

There’s a small discoloration on the side of the faucet. Very disappointed with the finish. I wanted to get it exchanged but apparently I have to wait until March, 31, 1 month 2 weeks for me to receive a replacement. I’m so disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, it adds a modern look to my kitchen sink which I love but that blemish in the finish is disappointing.

Fixed the leak. Happy with the product. Update: ***** It broke and water wouldn't stop. Initially I thought it is due to the other old hot side cartridge. However the several years old one is still fine. This new one that I installed had fallen off inside and water was leaking from it. I have lost trust on this product. But I will be costly to change the entire setup and move to another company. I will try another one and see. After that i am never buying pfister again.

After multiple trips to my local hardware stores… plural… I finally found this handle on pfisteroutlet.com. It doesn’t come with the Allen wrench, and none of my 12 fit… so I am working on how to tighten the set screw. Fixing a simple leak has been a headache thanks to this Pfu&$@ing part I had to break to get off and hunt down to replace. Overall the quality is great, and product came as described in one day.

Perfect for our powder room - we replaced brass fixtures with the matte black - and, oh, what a difference. We love this set - and especially the waterfall spout - we get lots of comments on that! Looks really sharp - so well-crafted, and, easy to install.

Missing pieces

Although the build and price are good, I’m very disappointed in the performance of this set. Specifically, I can’t get the water hot enough for a hot bath or shower at the hottest setting. I am also disappointed with the flow rate and pattern of the shower head. One setting has the best rate but a dispersion that feels more like a hose than a shower, the other 2 settings are like a weak gentle spring rain. I’m contacting the company to see if the temperature issue is addressable, the shower head I will likely just replace.

Great upgrade to my previous drain assembly. Looks nice, fit well, was easy to install, easy to use (much easier than my perpetually malfunctioning lever-style drain) and seems to be operating as it should. What not to love? Arrived super fast, in perfect new condition, all pieces there, and the price was much less than if I'd bought a different brand or at a "big box" store. About the only thing I could complain about--not being a plumber or especially practiced at drains--is the lack of any real notes or mention in the instructions of the overflow part of draining a sink with one (overflow feature). It tells you to line up the logo on the drain top, but doesn't say exactly which way it should read, and I wasn't sure if it mattered where the overflow gap below the drain top ended up relative to the sink. Turns out it didn't--I tested the overflow (by over-filling the sink after installation so that water went into the overflow holes) and it drained without any problems, so I suppose it either lined up by itself or didn't need any particular alignment. No leaks yet, so I guess the only thing left is to see how long it holds up! If it dies an early death, I'll update my review.

It’s a good standard faucet. No issues with quality or look. Only issue is size which was realized after install. We had it installed by our contractor and after we started using it we realized the location/length of the spout is short and barely reaches over the bowl. We would like it if it was longer to reach more towards the center of the bowl. You end up hitting your hands on the back of the bowl when washing your hands.

Quality is not good. As you can see in the video it broke as I was changing spray Modes. I installed anyways and it is working fine but now it is difficult to change the showerhead functions.

I bought this faucet in May 2023 and it was installed in June 2023. I bought it because I wanted something sleek & black, and I thought Pfister was a good name brand. One handle has been corroding since shortly after it was installed. 8 months later this is what it looks like (see pics). I'm pretty disappointed that I will need to pay for a new one + pay for the cost of a new install.

This is an easy-to-install to install center set faucet that is made of quality components. The chrome finish is easy-to-clean and looks great for most modern bathroom sinks. The plastic bolts are quick to hand tighten and the overall install was intuitive. Recommended!

We use the dispenser many, many times a day and after sputtering and dripping finally quit. So happy we purchased. Fits our Pfister Hanover model #LF-529-7TMS perfectly. Works great with one pump and no drips. Sometimes our time is worth more than money. Pfister will replace it if you have proof of purchase. For the price we received it the next day and didn't have to wait on the phone. Pfister did replace it free 6 years or so ago. For some reason this pump seems stronger than the last one. Love this faucet and soap dispenser. The metal spigot portion comes off with steady firm pressure. Hold both sides with a dish towel to remove the top from the pump. It is easy to install if you remove the bottom tube from the pump portion and then insert the top portion of the pump into the metal spigot. After it is seated in the metal spigot, put the bottom part back on.

I searched and researched for the best faucet to upgrade our powder room. This faucet ticked all the boxes. We have Pfister faucets in our main bathroom and they are still as nice as when we bought our home 16 years ago. The company stands behind their warranty having sent us replacement ceramic cartridges for both faucets as they developed a drip just this past year. I expect this will also stand the test of time as well. My husband installed it and said it was very easy, not requiring any tools. We did replace the water lines which was the only thing extra that was purchased. The coordinating accessories are nice as well. (The flush handle is made by Delta)
