I ordered the Pfirst Modern series, model R89-070K. However, I received the Pfirst, model LG89-030K trim kit. The picture shows the red/blue lines for hot/cold water that should not be present on the one I ordered. Everything else in the package seems correct.

Had a very hard time replacing this part for my shower. Found the booklet that came with the old part and called the company. They provided me with the replacement part number and I was able to update my shower. Very happy with the look. Works perfectly. Easy to install.

Love the look and perfomance not for long time. Product support practically non- existent, thanks pfisteroutlet.com issued refund even time line of return was expired. We reordered another faucet from different manufacturer - Kingston Brass.

Bought this in September 2021 … no scrubbing or rubbing, yet look at the pic. Surfacing peels off. I agree that Price Pfister is usually a trustworthy brand, which is why I bought this. Now? I’m not so sure.

This is a nice looking shower handle, but the instructions are just plain wrong, as several reviewers have pointed out. In order to make the handle flush with the escutcheon plate, you have to rough in the valve almost to the back of a 2x4 wall. Your stronger can only be maybe 3/8" thick. I guarantee you Pfister knows about this but they continue to provide incorrect instructions, and misleading pictures of this product. Really, it turns out you can't trust Pfister, and you should buy another brand -- likely Moen or Delta.

Pfister Tamera 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser in Stainless Steel I installed this product about 2 weeks ago and have been using it daily and we are really enjoying it! Pros Easy to install (detailed instructions with pictures and tool list should give you the confidence to do this on your own) Spot free finish is easy to keep clean! Soap dispenser has large capacity and should last awhile Easy 1 hand operation Cons The only thing i wish this model had is a magnetic head instead of the weight to pull the hose back in Overall I would highly recommend this faucet; it looks great and performs well. It is a nice upgrade from our old standard faucet!

I really love the sink. My favorite feature is the push and seal sink. My only complaint is I wish it came with adapters for 1-1/4” to 1-1/2” pvc pipe. Everything else was clear and easy to assemble.

Stop! Don't buy if your nozzle looks like this with the black plastic threaded nut. The chrome nut fitting simply won't fit! It is too small. I had purchased this two years ago as a back-up to the free replacement I got from Pfister (yes, call them first, they will send you a free correct fitting one) TIP!!! I just figured out you don't need to replace the whole hose unit if you're having a leak from the ball connector. If the ball connector feels loose, just a matter of tightening it. Simply unscrew the nozzle to expose the little nut inside. All I did was stick the end of a serrated butter knife ( the serration helped to hold the knife in place as I turned the nut from the open end) to tighten the nut. VOILA! The ball joint immediately tightened up and the large leak was gone. Thank God for small favors!

We wanted to update the look of our tub/shower without re-doing any tile or replacing the old 2 handle Pfister valve body in the wall. These handles look nice and feel very solid. The stems and handles were a perfect fit for our old valve. Note that the handles do stick out from the flanges a little more than in the pictures I'd seen online, but I think that this just varies based on how far back the valve body sits in the wall. The matching shower arm and flange are nice too. The finish is very nice. I had this kit installed along with the matching tub spout and Avalon sink faucet which has matching handles, and I think it all looks great! It's nice that they have this handle upgrade for old valves that still matches a new sink faucet. I had a plumber install them and he said everything went on the old valve easily and fit perfectly.

Note that the tub spout in this package is a "slip-on" for 1/2" piping, i.e., the spout slides onto the supply piping and is secured in place with a set screw. My tub has a threaded supply pipe, so I bought a Danco brand spout (search ASIN B000FK9S3A) that looks identical to the Pfister, and is metal versus plastic.

Great faucet! Looks exactly as pictured.

We just bought a 90s house and we added Easy updates . Got this on sale and it’s amazing quality!! Sprayer is perfect! We love it !

Easy to install. Made with great quality. The shower head is nothing that great. But the faucet is perfect and the hardware is excellent quality. Worth it for a budget fix. Just buy a nicer shower head if you want that. 5stars.

This is a quality shower head. It is simple to install, and they even twist tied the rubber gasket to the hose so you don't lose it. I love that the hose is metal versus those rubbery ones that don't hang nicely and you have to wrestle to move. The pause feature is nice to conserve water. If you've ever scrubbed those tiny rubber nubs on similar shower heads, you will appreciate this one is much easier to clean! The holes have these bigger rubber bumps (not too sure what to call them) and the face is this pattern that reminds me of diamond plating-whatever they are though, the point is less nooks and crannies for gunk to collect! The magnetic feature is fun, I just hope it doesn't pull too much on my plumbing. Make sure yours is secure! If so, that should be no concern. There are sufficient settings (I've always wondered who wants to cycle through 20 to get to what they need). Overall, this is a great showerhead and I'm pleased with it.

This Pfister Bathroom Faucet is a waste of time and Lowes wouldn’t let us return it. I tried calling the phone number for Pfister several times but I first got a woman that barely spoke English and we got disconnected and then the rest of the times it hangs the connection up when I follow their directions to reach the right department. The plastic at the base of the faucet crumbled into pieces and the faucet just fell over into the sink! We didn’t know it was of plastic. We bought it 4 months ago bought it on sale paying $69.00 dollars for it and it is beyond repair within 4 months. We are out that much plus had to buy another faucet this time over a hundred dollars. I don’t think I’ll do business with Pfisters again.
