We bought and installed this cartridge. Good fit and easy to install in our 4-year old Phister faucet. Our issue was it appeared the faucet handle was too heavy for the cartridge to keep the hot water on. We had to hold the handle up with one hand and use the other to rinse dishes. This cartridge fixed the issue...for about a year and a half. The handle is beginning to fall again. So here I am again, buying another cartridge and wondering if I should try one of the other brands that claim it is made of ceramic instead of plastic alone.

Since purchasing a new home this year I’ve purchased and installed new hardware in 4 different bathrooms. The sets have either been Delta or Pfister being I’ve always had beautiful outcomes with bathroom hardware from these top two reliable companies. This new chrome set is no exception from the organized secure packaging to the detailed templates and instructions, and most importantly the beautiful quality design.This set is very elegant and classy looking with some modern features like the swing arm toilet paper bar and the open ring hand towel holder. This set was very easy to install especially with the pre drawn templates for each piece. You simply place the paper on the wall where you want to place your fixture and drill through the pre-drawn hole outlines thus insuring your level and spacing is correct. The only thing I didn’t like about this set was the 18 inch towel bar. When purchasing I didn’t realize it comes with the smaller size towel bar however, that wasn’t a huge deal since I could pick up the larger one separately and have two. The issue I had was with the overall weight and shape of the bar. Compared to Pfisters other towel bars and even the other pieces in the set, it was incredibly lightweight and hollow, it’s just overall tinny and cheap feeling. The shape is also strange in that it’s more of a slat than a bar and pretty thin. Once on the wall you obviously can’t tell and it all matches and looks beautiful. It’s just strange for this level of quality is all and it will hopefully hold up. But if it doesn’t that’s why I chose this company, it has a lifetime warranty. If your remodeling your bathroom or just want something different I would certainly recommend this set, especially if your looking for a luxury glam look.

Got mine from depot. The handle flanges and the tub spout are horrible, they corroded within a single month. The Metal was not properly prepped. I called the company pfitzer who sent replacements...the flanges fit but the tub spout was a quarter of an inch too short!! To top it off the company tells me they dont have parts for that spout anymore. A tub set being sold right here, on the homedepot website and in the store! Now I have to go out and get another tub spout myself. Horrible quality I will never buy anything pfitzer makes ever again. Update a few weeks after the replacement parts are developing bumps in the chrome and corroding. They should put a stop order until they figure out what in the metal preparing process is going wrong. Unacceptable

This worked great for my bathtub handle. Thought I had gotten the wrong part but quickly realized I could just take off the white adapter piece and it fit for my faucet.

I love the modern lines and design of this bathroom faucet. Right away I knew it was a quality piece from the weight of the box. All the metal pieces were individually wrapped and solid metal. the handles have smooth movement. The finish was flawless and love that its easy to clean. This will be the highlight of my new bathroom renovation! Will update when installed by a professional although there are comprehensive instructions. Great product!

This Tuscan Bronze faucet works beautifully, functions well, and really stands out nicely with the other bronzed accessories and ammenities in this vanity bathroom. Sometimes a drop of water will remain in the channel when the water is turned off, but you can wipe it away with one finger. The water is warm when the handle is in the center as it should be. You have to be sure to follow the instructions for correctly connecting the water. It states that you have to flush the hot and cold water lines for 30 seconds after connecting to the water pipes and before connecting to the faucet. You can do this easily by placing a bucket underneath. The reason for flushing the lines is to get rid of any small sediment or debris that may get caught in the screen behind the faucet where the water comes out. Failing to follow this minor detail may be the reason that some reviews read that the water pressure and/or temperature was undesirable. The water coming out of this faucet will not be high pressure because of the open channel; its more like a gentle water fall to effectively wash your hands, but maybe not so good for rinsing out a razor. As I said in the beginning, it really looks nice, functions well, and compliments all the other bronzed items in the bathroom.

First time to change cartridge. Had issue of hard to open & turn cold to hot. Easy to install cartridge after watching Pfister video of how to change single handle kitchen faucet on YouTube. Bought this shower faucet set as "used" (as I have done with other products through pfisteroutlet.com) because I have never had a problem. Turned off our water, removed old leaky valves, installed new and found that we are missing a part (see photo). That's the main reason I'm giving it a low rating. The quality of the valves is very good and the set is otherwise nice.

This is the perfect cartridge for my Pfister Glenfield F-529-7GF Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (see Pic) and would have fit exactly if I used it. Should be a 5 star but it took 3 days to be delivered, and I could not be without a working kitchen sink for that long! Bought it from Ace hardware for twice the price. I attempted to return this however pfisteroutlet.com told me to keep it and still refunded my money. aaaaahhhh pfisteroutlet.com customer service is the best. Dont forget to lube it up with vaseline or plumber's grease during installation.

I was waiting to make an appointment for my plumber, but after opening this Pfister Antrom 1-Handle Pull-Down, Spot Defense Stainless Steel faucet and seeing the quality and minimal parts, I'm pretty sure this DIY'er can do it herself! This Antrom faucet is pretty substantial and has a smooth operating handle. I like the mechanism on the spay head to select the stream or spray. The finish is also beautiful and if the Spot Defense lives up to its name, it will save much time keeping it clean and also keep the stainless steel finish looking great. The included soap dispenser and deck plate are nice additions to this set, especially at this price point. The instructions look pretty straightforward and given the name Pfister, I'm confident in the quality and manufacturing. This is a great facet at a great price, give it a consideration!

We installed the faucet and the soap dispenser without the deck plate. Love the way it looks, the water flow, the handle, and the pull down water sprayer comes out and retracts easily- it fits in snuggly so you don't have to worry about it hanging down loose. It's also tall enough above the sink so you can get large pots in without it being in the way. Can't comment about the installation, as we had a plumber do it.

I looked in my local big box hardware store but was unable to find a Fossett and soap pump that I liked. I found this on pfisteroutlet.com and I love it. I cannot tell you the ease of installation because I had the plumber install a few things for me. It’s very stylish and of course, easy to use. I like the Pfister name.

Great quality for the price. Love the look. Had to pick up a longer hose. Happy with my purchase.

Very simple install and instructions are very clear. No tools needed (except to maybe remove your old shower head) and all the O rings needed are included. Despite only 1.75 GPM flow, it performed very well in all the spray settings and I wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t know. And the magnetic dock is so much easier than the ones with the collar (which have a high chance of breaking over time).
