When I receive it, it has been broken.

I remember in the late 1980's and early 1990's gold was the trim to have in most homes built in that era. It seems as though its making a comeback, although more brushed and less glossy. This Bruxie line from Pfister seems to be well constructed without any errors or blemishes. The kit comes with the trim, valve, spout and shower head. The kit also includes any accessories for installation (hardware). Based on my initial impressions, the styling is very modern with a touch of elegance through the color. This will be replacing an almost 20 year old kohler setup. Installation should be pretty straightforward with the pieces included and my application. Made in China.

The website has poor and limited description! Do not buy. It is defective like many said. The neck of the bottle will break off. Also, they WON'T REFUND YOU even their website description is so poor and limited. More often than not, the size won't match.

The finish and curves of this faucet are simply glorious. What is not glorious? The total lack of diagrams or installation guide with this product. That was almost enough to dock it a star. That should illustrate right there just how nice the faucet itself is! Pfister is quite clear about the lack of a deck plate included, but they make it easy to acquire one before you get started. But given the lack of instructions (ahem!), most people will likely be using a professional to help and install anyway. The pop drain (that’s what I’m going to call it anyway) is a really interesting idea, and it definitely works. I do have to wonder, however, how practical it is. One would have to reach down into potentially germy gross water to depress the drain (“pop it,” if you will), and it seems that hair would get caught on the mechanism with no easy means to extract it. Anyway, it’s pretty. So, so pretty.

Gorgeous, high quality set accompanied by great customer service. The water pressure is stronger than the Moen I had previously and the look is modern in the matte black. Love!

I ordered this faucet for kitchen renovation. When we open the box there was water in the sprayer line and it was missing pieces for installation. We also had an extra sprayer in the box clearly this was used and boxed up. When I went to return it, I was passed my return date and now I am stuck with this Faucet. Had to order another one through another company. Very unfortunate.

Good quality materials. Screw cover difficult to remove. Handle sit almost an inch out from cover player. I assume that this handle is produced to be installed where the valve is placed too deep. As it is there is a disappointing wobbliness. The instructions describe a 7/8 in shaft extension for rough ins that are too deep, you won't need that with this handle. See pictures. My valve is the correct depth.

This is a beautiful, high quality faucet!

I am very happy with this purchase. The brushed stainless finish is beautiful and matches my stainless sink perfectly. Water pressure is great, and most important to me, unlike newer faucets, this faucet still comes with a bubble aerator. The hose is long enough to reach where I need it, and appears to be made out of sturdy woven material, although perhaps could be just a bit more flexible. If there are any plastic parts on the outside, I can't tell. Appears to be all metal to me. At a bit over $80, I would say that this faucet is absolutely reasonably priced. My kitchen came with a Pfister faucet. After perhaps 3-4 years of use, the little slot that holds the handle unit onto the base wore out, and Pfister happily replaced the handle unit for me free of charge. All I had to do was unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. I replaced my Pfister with a Waterridge because I wanted a taller unit. I was not entirely pleased with that unit, so when the handle wore out after approximately two years, I decided to splurge and purchase a very pricey ($279.00) high end Grohe gooseneck faucet. Huge mistake! Water flow was so restricted that I could barely get food through my disposer, and due to the lack of a bubble aerator in the spray head, every time I used it, my kitchen was flooded and my clothes were drenched. After 8 months, I couldn't stand it any longer and decided to bite the bullet and go faucet shopping again. Having learned my lesson, I set out to find a new faucet and this time make sure it had a bubble aerator. I soon discovered that this was no easy task as several of the manufacturers/sellers I contacted either didn't know if their product had a bubble aerator, or more surprisingly, didn't even know what a bubble aerator was! After many frustrating e-mails, I finally decided to take a look at Pfister. Their customer service rep knew exactly what I was talking about, asked me to send a photo of my old faucet (which I happened to have), and immediately gave me the new model that had replaced my old one. Upon opening my pfisteroutlet.com box, I was thrilled to see the pretty satin finish faucet; and even more thrilled when I turned on my pretty new faucet and found that I had my water pressure back. I could once again easily wash food debris from my dishes, rinse my sink into my disposal and run it without fear of damage, and not have to mop up my entire countertop or change into dry clothes! My plumber said it was easy to install, taking him about 20 minutes (after going to the store to purchase the correct supply lines). I would not hesitate to recommend this faucet. It looks good, it's priced right, it works great -- and Pfister stands behind their products.

Bought two of these for a Dual Vanity Installation. Absolutely love the aesthetics, quality, and flow rate.

Love this style. Was so expensive in the stores and on Wayfair/Overstock. Lots of compliments! Great for the budget.

Very nice presence for the size. The deep color is rich and true to photos shown. Easy to install, rate 5 stars.

Overall, this is very well built. It is hefty and you can really feel the difference between a cheap fixture and this one. The gold coating looks to be very durable. And the water supply connections are solid thread vs a cheap “click on” system. One thing to be aware of when buying this kit. It does not come with a set of water supply hoses. You’ll need to provide your own. My only complaint is the aeration of the water coming out. This design doesn’t do a good job of adding air to the stream; as a result, the water ricochets off hands and splashes on the sink and fixture. Bit of an inconvenience but I just use a rag and wipe the fixture and sink down.

When I ordered this product, it was perfect match to my faucets. Then I get the package and open the box and all that is there is the handles and the spout. It came with nothing else. I was under the impression that I came with all the hookups and mounts. I was really disappointed I paid almost 200 dollars for only the handles and spout. I dont know what all I need to make this work. My sink faucets are pfister and those I bought at home depot and they came with everything I needed to change everything.

Looks great, live it!
