Purchased this faucet for my bathroom remodel, was looking for a brushed nickel modern style. My contractor doesn't like Pfisher but said this one had much better hardware than the last ones he had installed and actually liked this one. I have only used it once but it seems fine.

  • I like the size of the shower head. Installation was very easy. It took less than 5 minutes to remove the old one, and put on this one. This is NOT metal, it is a chrome plastic. I do have an adjustment rod that raises the shower head quite a few inches. It is not included with this head. You can purchase one of these separate if you desire a higher height shower head. I didn't notice any difference in the pressure, just that the stream was a larger diameter. It is easy to change between settings. On first try, I am not a big fan of the cooling mist, but I also enjoy a very warm/hot shower. For under $30, it is well worth it.

  • I ordered 2 for my master bath and am very happy. The faucet s look very nice.

  • The tab to keep the toilet paper roll is small and disengage easily. Even if I adjust this thing to be perfect, tugging on it will cause the roll to fall to the floor. I am invested in the Bronson line in my bathroom. Now I'm extremely disappointed in this poor example of engineering. Not sure how Pfister could have missed this! Installing this is wasting my time when I don't have time to waste.

  • This a heavy duty faucet. It is probably the best faucet we have had. This is going to replace an existing off brand kitchen faucet we bought at a big box store. That faucet has not held up well at all and is made cheaply compared to this one. All of our bathroom faucets are all Pfister and have held up for years. This is a brushed nickel finish which doesn’t show water droplets as much as chrome . The handle feels nice and the spray buttons on pullout are nice and big and easy to operate. Repeating that this is a heavy weighted faucet that should last a long time. It comes with a deck plate to cover the Evers holes if needed, but does not come with a soap dispenser like some do. This is a pricey faucet but worth it if you don’t have any problems or leaks. It’s a very nice looking faucet and looks expensive.

  • Can I just say how much I love taking a shower since getting this? It has 6 functions, well 5 because one just turns it off. There's full spray, rinse, rinse + full spray (my favorite personally), mist, & mist + full spray. Each function has it's own purpose while using & it makes things so much more relaxing while in the shower. However full spray kind of tickles if you're standing really close but that's just me. The mist is great for rinsing your face if you use face wash or something of that sort, instead of drowning while rinsing your face off you can peacefully just stand & let it wash it off. I do recommend bumping the temp up though on mist because at certain temperatures it will feel colder than the other functions will. I'm honestly loving this product so much & I know I that'll continue. 10/10 recommend for people who enjoy taking/relaxing while in the shower!

It was purchased as a Christmas gift to replace the aged shower head in our bathroom. I made sure I ordered in plenty of time to receive it in time for Christmas but I didn't look at it closely until after my wife opened it, and I was ready to install it. That's when I noticed it was broken along the outside edge of the arm mount nut. Unfortunately it is past the point where a return is allowed. I noticed it is not "metal" as it is in the description. It is mostly a hard plastic with some bits that are metal. Update: using the # provided by pfisteroutlet.com I called Pfister directly and was able to easily get a new replacement part shipped directly, no charge. I was lucky to have receipt with all the details needed.

The package exterior appeared to be unopened since it had two plastic bands holding the lid closed. However, those can be slipped off, then back on. Missing parts were: A. Shower arm flange (1) B. Valve stem rubber washers (3) C. Valve flanges (3) D. Valve retainer sleeve (1) E. Screw stem extenders (3) F. Handle (1)

  • You will be absolutley happy with the look and quality of this piece. Go ahead and put it in your cart and proceed to pay.

  • I wanted to swap out my old faucet that had become leaky with something new. This was pretty easy to install (single mom, did it myself!) I did have to get new faucet supply lines. I used 1/2 - 3/8 flip. The directions are a little weird (for me, but probably not for someone who’s familiar with this work). I was able to go to the website and while there was no exact video for this model there was a similar video for a similar model that helped me fill in the gaps I needed. I’m very pleased with the outcome!

  • After looking at many faucets two and three times the price we chose this one as the connections underneath were the closest to what we had and we have a very tight space in which to work. The faucet went in easily and looks great. If it lasts as long as the previous one (12 years), I will be thrilled.

  • We have a expensive farmhouse style Kindred kitchen faucet with spray hose and the original spray housing broke. It was hard finding a brushed bronze replacement, I was able to use the original ring and just use the threading part. It fit original ring like a glove!

It says spot defensive but there are always water spots on this faucet. It drives me crazy and online it says brushed nickle but the box says stainless steel. Also the company is horrible to deal with. I can't figure out if they think they keep going back and forth with you if you will just forget it or they don't believe you have the product. 1st they told me what to use to clean the faucet. My problem is the water spots all over it not cleaning it. It does advertise spot defense - no water spots. Then they want a picture of the box. Then they want a picture of the faucet. I have dealing with this for a few weeks and getting no were. You are better off going with Moen or Delta. It is hard to get pics to show all of the spots but here are some. The drain has a lot as well. No way to keep spots off the drain.
