  • Faucet is very attractive & easy to install. I fully recommend. The style & function of the faucets are very modern.

  • Purchased this Pfister in black to update our guest bathroom. The look is exactly what we wanted. Smooth operation in handles. Beautiful and easy to install.

  • We have a version of this faucet in our half bath that we purchased here on pfisteroutlet.com. When the water is barely on, such as when you are turning it off, the water runs back up the underside of the spout to flow down onto the counter top. From there it ran to back and down the side of the counter. Since we didn’t notice this for over a year, it’s only a little water at a time, this effect has ruined the baseboards behind the sink. Clearly it shouldn’t work this way, but the plumber has not been able to figure it out or fix it. We are currently talking to Pfister’s customer service. Also, because of the slight incline of the sprout, water pools and turns it white with deposits as it dries. It also turns green. Vinegar solutions clean it, but are eating through the coating. Not a recommended style of faucet, at least not the 2017 version. Edit- Pfister has been very helpful. An extra star for trying to help. They are willing to replace the faucet, though we don't know if that will help, if the main issue is a basic design flaw. They are also looking into their insurance with the damage to our wall. However, with the residue issue they recommend wiping it down every time you use it, which is ridiculous.

  • First off, I will say that the build quality is nice. This head swivels easily, and the spray adjustment lever clicks to confirm the setting and is super easy to move. However, this thing basically dripped on me. I was almost late to work as I couldn’t rinse off the soap/shampoo. I realize that the mandated flow restrictions kill a decent shower which is why I remove them (please don’t tell the shower police). However, based on the spray patterns offered on this head, even more pressure won’t provide a good experience in my opinion.

Bought it as is “used” from pfisteroutlet.com Warehouse. However, it was not only used one but was also a faulty one according to its indication on the box. I thought that might be just the box, and checked to find out it was indeed a faulty item. What a waste of time and cost of transportation.

  • This fawcet is of the highest quality. I have hard water and is works great. I love the design. Very happy with my purchase

  • For some reason I swore this thing was going to come in like a plastic bag and not like actually a cardboard box but it did and I feel like this is going to be a pretty confident install. For reference, this shower head is quite larger than the one that I already have in the bathroom below and it IS bigger than my palm. So I would say that this is a fairly good or decent sized shower head even though it doesn't have an extending cable or anything like that. Material and Weight: The chrome on this thing is standard (as usual) and I noticed right away that it kind of has a weird divot that makes the back side of it kind of notch, so it's not round on the front and back. Eh, I guess that's okay cuz I mean it doesn't need all that extra material considering the weight. It's works as a sort of slimming feature to it, but I still think that it is a nice sturdy, moderately heavy part. I can see the filter on the back side of the neck, and it looks intact and it's not bulging or anything. Neck: The neck does have SOME flexibility but it's not too tight. It's not like super easy to move but it's not like super hard to pivot. Settings: I'm pretty impressed with how easy it is to like jump over to the next setting while just playing with it. It just slides over like a breeze.

  • I bought two of these faucets. Installation of the faucet itself was pretty easy. The lift rod is at an angle which presents some challenges because the angle needs to be maintained to keep the rod from rubbing against the faucet or the sink tub when attaching the rod to the stopper rod with the strap. It took a few attempts to figure out if the strap needed to be high on the lift rod or low. This will depend on your fitment. The rod moves side to side when opening or closing the drain. I ended up using a corner strap attached to the cabinet wood. The rod goes through the corner strap, guides and keeps the rod straight and from moving side to side. I placed the V spring clip on one side of the strap to allow the lift rod to open and close the stopper smoothly. I like the faucet, it's the lift rod assembly that can be frustrating to install and operate. The smooth overall shape makes it an easy clean.

  • I wanted to swap out my old faucet that had become leaky with something new. This was pretty easy to install (single mom, did it myself!) I did have to get new faucet supply lines. I used 1/2 - 3/8 flip. The directions are a little weird (for me, but probably not for someone who’s familiar with this work). I was able to go to the website and while there was no exact video for this model there was a similar video for a similar model that helped me fill in the gaps I needed. I’m very pleased with the outcome!

Finally our 26 year old "pfaucet" cartridge started leaking just a little bit and I installed new Pfister 9740350 Genesis 26 Series Cartridge. Actually it was the separate rubber gasket under the cartridge that caused the leak! It was easy to install the new cartridge, a perfect fit and no more leaks. There is no more separate rubber gasket for the new cartridge - just remove the old gasket. My photos are of the original old cartridge.

I spent hours and did many re-installs of a Pfister metal drain assembly that had come with the faucet, using Teflon tape and plumber’s putty. No matter what I did I could not stop a small leak coming from the top of the drain assembly that connects to the sink and was about to tear my hair out. I came across a video (**see info below) of the install of this plastic push and seal Pfister drain assembly and it looked super easy, but it didn’t seem possible that this inexpensive part could possibly solve my problem. It worked with the first install, NO LEAK, and without the use of tape, putty, or any tools at all, just hand tighten. It took about five minutes to install this assembly (once the old assembly is removed). I love this push & seal pop up design which eliminates the need to line up the traditional drain stopper pull up rod assembly which is always a pain in the neck. **If you want to view the video, it is on YouTube - Designs by Studio C - 2:45 posted April 22, 2017 - title of video is Pfister Push & Seal Sink Drain Unboxing and Installation. pfisteroutlet.com doesn’t allow posting of external links or I would include it here. The only possible negative is that the pop-up plug is fairly large (see pic). Some might not like the look of it for esthetic reasons.

Arrived timely as plumber was installing fixtures. Exactly matches my faucet handle but not same brand. Easy to install and fill with soap on countertop. Looks attractive but very functional. Made with real steel not plastic like so many other which are more expensive.

  • I like the faucet. It's very nice and seems to be made of good quality. The installation was sensible with no leakage. The performance is good and clean.

  • Very happy with these bathroom accessories we ordered to update our half bath. I'm only halfway through the project, but the toilet holder looks great, and I love that the middle part lifts up to change the toilet paper; it makes it very easy to refill. The finish on these accessories is beautiful and seems very durable. Also the angular details are a nice touch, a little different from your standard set. The smaller and larger towel holders look great also. Can't wait to add them. Would recommend. Attractive, modern set, great quality and a reasonable price.
