So the quality here is palpable. When you are actually touching the fixture you feel how nice it is. The way it moves ,the way it’s built, the way it looks and the weight of it. I am going to order a second of these now that I know that I like this as much as I thought I would because we are going to do a double sink like in the product photo. Matching drain is a plus. No deck plate (sold separately) Also --it doesn't show fingerprints very easily so that's great. !!

Ordered two of these to replace two older faucets. Had a plumber do the installation. He liked them and found the installation to be easy. I am very satisfied with the quality and operation, also love the Push & Seal Drain!!

Our builder used Pfister valves so we were stuck with this brand. These are nice fixtures for the price. My only complaint is that they are hard to clean, they show water spots and they are near impossible to get back completely clean. We purchased these over a year ago.

Item arrived broken

I’ve been through 2 of this same faucet, my 1/2 bath is on an outside wall and despite insulating it, there’s still a draft. Because of this during really cold periods I turn off the water to this bathroom just to be safe, especially after the first of these faucets failed. The way they are designed there is one section of thin plastic that cracks from what I assume is whatever water remains in the fixture freezing. I’m confident that if this portion was brass that it would not be an issue. They were good about sending me a replacement the first time, but that was like 2 years ago and now the replacement did the same thing. You can see in the photo where the weak point is that cracked. I really like the faucet so it’s unfortunate that it’s not built better. This time they haven’t responded about replacing it so I think I’ll be looking for a new model that is actually made of metal.

The pulldown spray unit does not stay up even with the weight on it. Plus there is a lack of water pressure. It is too bad it is too late to return because it is 300.00 wasted. My recommendation is, Do not buy.

Awesome shower head ! I love the magnetic part , will never fall

Easy to install, sturdy made of metal NOT plastic and looks fantastic!

This shower is really well made, the quality is great. It is comparable to the ones that cost twice as much. Everything you need is included and the installation is fairly easy, as long as you follow the manual. The shower head is a little small, but pretty powerful, so it feels nice.

Okay, several things I’ve noticed during the installation which I need to point out about this faucet. 1. 3 hole base plate is not included, nor is a rubber o ring/gasket for the mounting nut below/under the sink. There is a beauty/trim ring with a foam gasket for above the sink around the base of the unit which is great. It also has some very nice easy installation features such as the slip on center hose weight as well as the brass adapter fittings which go on with compression o-rings and hand tighten at the top where they meet the copper tubing, wrench at the hose side. Also one of the easiest installation for the pull put hose clamp underneath the sink. However the center nut measures approximately 2-2 1/4 inches (Not sure exact measurement) is almost impossible to install without the proper wrench. You will need a telescoping basin wrench which adjusts with extra large jaw 7/8 to 2 1/2. This wrench telescopes 10” and up to 17” and adjusts as well from side to side. Without this type of wrench you’re going to have a difficult time with installation of the mounting nut. One more thing I’d like to point out, the on/off lever swings toward you and in the upright position, instead of backwards and forward so it’s a little different visually from what I’m used to, please see the photos. The faucet sprayer has 3 settings, spray, straight stream and another 3rd setting with pressure stream. Beautiful design, great quality. This one reminds me of a swans neck with the long upward handle. Pfister seems to always make wonderful quality faucets.

Looks good and works well.

Not as advertised. I received a brass union. It is suppose to attach to the faucet base and then screw on the chrome tube. Part number is correct, not what I ordered.

I purchased two of these faucets for my Wyndham Deborah 72" W x 22" D dual sink vanity. Both of the included lift up drains leaked from the chrome ring through the sink and down the drain tubes. I struggled with this for several days, positioning the drains and ensuring the sealing nut below the sink was tight. Same problem on both sinks. The fix was for me was to use another Pfister drain which was included with the Pfister faucet that I had removed from my old vanity. Once I tried that drain, I purchased two new ones through pfisteroutlet.com (details below). The new drains did not leak and work great. Also, I've been trying to register my faucets on Pfister's site several times, using different browsers, etc but still getting errors. I just emailed customer service with the info to register it for me. I'm hoping they will do it. Customer service and warranty for Pfister in my experience deserves FIVE STARS. They are excellent and that's why I said I'm still a supporter. But I'm not happy in this situation where I had hours of lost time messing with their leaky drains for this model and also that I had to spend and extra $26 to purchase separate drains. I thought about going to customer service to see if they would refund me for the extra drains, but I just don't have time to keep dealing with this anymore so I'm posting a review of my experience. This tub filler does not come with the valve. You have to order it separately and it’s apx $240.

We've had two of these at a double sink for less than a year, and the low quality shows. Our plumber installed these and one of the handles moves/spins, at first we thought it wasn't tightened enough but no matter how many times it's adjusted and tightened, it starts moving within a week of use. The finish also came off of one of the faucets when our cleaner attempted to clean it. This has never happened to any other faucets we own, even matte black Delta ones that are used heavily and cleaned often, that still look new after 3 years. We also got the matching tub/shower set and it made our water pressure horrible. I'll be sticking to Delta and Moen from now on.
