Makes our shower look like new!

After a couple months from purchasing this product this faucet started to chip. The quality is poor I do not recommend purchasing this.

Faucet broke after 1 1/2 years. Loved it originally, but it should not have broke so easily and quick[y. We're NOT heavy handed people and always took care when using. Unable to fix the washer cause you can not remove the nail, no pin came with the faucet and purchased pins do not fit. I'm so disappointed-this was NOT a cheap faucet. :(

I paid the extra money to get a genuine Pfister product, but I received a cheap knockoff from Taiwan. The genuine part has lettering on the faceplate, this product does not. To add insult to injury, no cotter pin was included ! It does appear to work and the spring is stainless steel.

Extremely happy with this. Another win by Pfister. I've never installed a push stop drain before but it's pretty cool. Installation was very easy and I imagine a DIYer wouldn't have any issue putting this in, just be careful with your pipes! The look of it is fantastic, I love the black and it has a modern, sleek, finish to it. Water comes out great. Everything about it is as good or better than hoped!

Shower head is plastic not plated metal which is OK. Brass valve see pic (bought for this handle) install took a lot of thinking as it comes with a plastic flange and knockout that is used to position the valve (and the escutcheon and handle) to the right depth on the shower wall. Depth is key as the escutcheon has a foam rubber ring used to seal against the shower wall. Had to play with shims to get the depth right. Fortunately had rear access via a panel door for fine depth adjestment. All in all it looks and functions great.

Shipped fast and was easy to install. Great sized shower head works well.

Fixed my leaking Parisa Roman Tub Faucet. Note: Part Number has a zero added to the end of the original part number, but it is in fact the correct part. If you have the plastic retaining nut, replace it with the brass one or it will likely still leak.

Easy install to replace an older pot filler that had begun to leak. Love the SS finish. Only complaint is that the water flow is a bit less than the older model. Overall a great buy.

This Pfister LG529-NECS Neera Commercial Style Pull Down Kitchen Faucet was chosen for an upgrade in my kitchen. The faucet came in a big safe package. I'm not a professional plumber, but the setup was relatively easy, following the instructions. Keep in mind, those 3/8-1/2 inch extension tubes (yellow ring on the picture) aren't parts of the package, and you have to mark the hot or cold tube before putting in place. Because of the smart design of the tubing, it doesn't bottleneck the water pressure/flow, that we struggled with the previous faucet. The result is a lovely part of our kitchen, that working great. I highly recommend those who use their kitchen extensively but don't want to compromise the aesthetic as well.

Great buy...price is amazing quality is great...love it...

Just as good as the Cold Water ones I replaced (9100320) Purchased these after several of the Big Box Stores versions leaked upon installation. I should have bought these to begin with, PREFECT...no leaks. FYI...I did reuse the Brass Collar from my original unit. Make sure you orient the parts (on the new one) the same way/order as the one you removed.

Cannot get pfisteroutlet.com or Pfister to deliver the handle. All I want is the handle I cannot return the faucet because I will not be able to use my kitchen sink

I wish I had read those 1 star reviews b4 I had bought it. It is very poor workmanship and it broke in about 4 years. The quote and quote life time warranty is fake. They sent me the wrong part when I asked them for replacement. Totally wasted time and $$$$$$$!!!!

In order to replace the Pfister S10-034 with rubber compression washer, you must remove both the cartridge and the seat. Verify that the original cartridge plus seat is the same length as the new ceramic cartridge at the seal flange. Clean any mineral scale and rinse out the valve body. To the new Pfister 5084 cartridge (or Lasco equivalent) you should apply faucet stem grease to the seal at the end and on the hard plastic ring seal - to hold it in place during install. Remove the plastic cover from the new ceramic cartridge to allow access for a shower valve wrench (socket). Do not remove the rotation limiter. If it falls out note that it only fits in one position and should slip on easily with no force. Do not push on the stem of the new 5084 cartridge as the ceramic disks and the neoprene seal can be dislodged and fall out. If this happens carefully replace into the brass body after aligning all parts with notches and grooves. Put the hard plastic seal ring into the valve body first, then thread the new cartridge into the valve body. Hand tighten to see that the ring seal does not dislodge from the recess in the valve body as the cartridge comes into contact. Apply some torque with the shower wrench (socket) but the hand tightened parts must already be in contact both at the seal ring and the back of the valve body where the seat was removed. If you did not remove the seat, stop now and remove it, you will break the ceramic parts if you continue. When applying torque to the cartridge with the shower wrench or socket, do not compress the hard plastic ring because you will damage the cartridge end where it makes metal-to-metal contact with the back of the valve body. Once the cartridge is installed, replace the plastic cover that holds the rotation limiter in place. If you have the one-piece escutcheon and tube that threaded onto a 1/2 inch nylon tube, you will need new larger threaded chrome sleeve Pfister 972-201A and escutcheon Pfister 960801A or brushed nickel equivalents. In the photos you can see I used an o-ring to hold the escutcheon tight to the tile while a small amount of silicone caulk behind the mating chrome surfaces was curing. Do not thread the Pfister 972-201A sleeve in too far as it needs to reach into the handle cap as shown. I did this on a 1980 Price Pfister valve that had been rebuilt in 2011 with the original Pfister S10-034 cartridges and new seats. In 2017 that valve body was removed and repurposed to an outside shower in 2018. The Arizona heat caused the rubber washers to fail rapidly. After changing 3 times in 2 years I have installed the new Pfister 5084 ceramic cartridges and it looks like the upgrade is a huge success. Of the 3 Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle) - my favorite is REUSE!
