I am Still waiting for my husband to install this on our bath!! But it is gorgeous and is going to make our bath look soooo much better than the old cruddy ones we have on there now. And this is a brand i recognize which is nice and they just look stunning!! Bow to convince my hisband to do it sooner rather than later...

This item is listed as a complete trim kit less the shower valve and cartridge. All I received was a valve and cartridge. I guess my shower will be out of commission for another 3 days. This Stinks! ( pun intended)

  • Not dull and not too shiny . It’s perfect !

Love this. Quality is excellent for the price.

  • There were lots of options, but I thought I should go with the name brand in our new kitchen. The spray nozzle was bad out of the box, but they did send me a new one. This faucet is now a year and a half old and it just hasn't held up. The buttons to select spray or jet are gone and it just does a little of both. The nozzle base has cracked and leaks. We really aren't that hard on things... our last kitchen faucet was 20 years old and going strong until we redid our kitchen and my wife wanted black. I always forget if hot is up or down. It's the other way around in our summer cottage. Just 2 little blue and red dots would help.

  • This faucet seems to be good quality and looks good but it’s slightly off and looks a little crooked starting at about the center point of the nozzle. Was it from the installer or did it come that way? Not sure how the installer could have done it. It looks more like a manufacturer defect to me. Either way, it’s ours now. It’s in the master bathroom so not frequently seen by guests. Otherwise happy so far with the product. The finish looks good and true to picture.

  • I love this set. And it matches perfectly to the tub and shower trim kit of the same style. As expected with this brand, the quality of the hardware is so high. And the limited lifetime warranty is such a huge added bonus. Next bathroom remodel will for sure include this brand of hardware.

We first ordered a part from American Standard however the threads were to small. This fit exactly! Looks great.

  • Love the color. Love the feel. Good quality piece to last a long time I'm sure!

Very stylish and modern looking however, I purchased a "Used-Like New" one and it has been nothing but junk. I've usually had success with ordering used items through pfisteroutlet.com Warehouse but this one was a huge disappointment. Where to start: the threads on the shower arm were defective and leaked no matter how tight or changing from teflon tape to thread sealer; the shower head leaks/drips when the shower is running; there was no shower arm flange in the box when I opened it. For the record: I've installed dozens of shower trim kits so I do know what I am doing. I could not get to installing this until a month after it arrived and missed the return window. Shame on pfisteroutlet.com Warehouse for not making sure all parts were included in an order and shame on Pfister for making such crappy equipment.

  • These are super classy and cool. The finish is great, and install was easy. We got this set to replace old ones in our little garage bath, and they look so nice that the rest of the bathroom looks so bad now in comparison =P Guess it’s time to do a remodel! I highly recommend this set. It’s high-quality and has a very versatile aesthetic.

In order to replace the Pfister S10-034 with rubber compression washer, you must remove both the cartridge and the seat. Verify that the original cartridge plus seat is the same length as the new ceramic cartridge at the seal flange. Clean any mineral scale and rinse out the valve body. To the new Pfister 5084 cartridge you should apply faucet stem grease to the seal at the end and on the hard plastic ring seal - to hold it in place during install. Remove the plastic cover from the new ceramic cartridge to allow access for a shower valve wrench (socket). Do not remove the rotation limiter. If it falls out note that it only fits in one position and should slip on easily with no force. Do not push on the stem of the new 5084 cartridge as the ceramic disks and the neoprene seal can be dislodged and fall out. If this happens carefully replace into the brass body after aligning all parts with notches and grooves. Put the hard plastic seal ring into the valve body first, then thread the new cartridge into the valve body. Hand tighten to see that the ring seal does not dislodge from the recess in the valve body as the cartridge comes into contact. Apply some torque with the shower wrench (socket) but the hand tightened parts must already be in contact both at the seal ring and the back of the valve body where the seat was removed. If you did not remove the seat, stop now and remove it, you will break the ceramic parts if you continue. When applying torque to the cartridge with the shower wrench or socket, do not compress the hard plastic ring because you will damage the cartridge end where it makes metal-to-metal contact with the back of the valve body. Once the cartridge is installed, replace the plastic cover that holds the rotation limiter in place. If you have the one-piece escutcheon and tube that threaded onto a 1/2 inch nylon tube, you will need new larger threaded chrome sleeve Pfister 972-201A and escutcheon Pfister 960801A or brushed nickel equivalents. In the photos you can see I used an o-ring to hold the escutcheon tight to the tile while a small amount of silicone caulk behind the mating chrome surfaces was curing. Do not thread the Pfister 972-201A sleeve in too far as it needs to reach into the handle cap as shown. I did this on a 1980 Price Pfister valve that had been rebuilt in 2011 with the original Pfister S10-034 cartridges and new seats. In 2017 that valve body was removed and repurposed to an outside shower in 2018. The Arizona heat caused the rubber washers to fail rapidly. After changing 3 times in 2 years I have installed the new Pfister 5084 ceramic cartridges and it looks like the upgrade is a huge success. Of the 3 Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle) - my favorite is REUSE!
