  • This faucet doesn't come with an installation tool. I had to call pfister and order it. If the faucet came with the tool I'd give it 5 stars. It looks nice and really stands out in my kitchen.

  • Had unit professionally installed. Unfortunately, plumbers took or threw out the wonderful Pfister 'quick connect' tool that comes with unit. I didnt realize it until 1 month later, contacted plumber asking for it back, their answer was crickets. Dont let the plumber take or throw out this tool, you may need it later as it is a great resource if adjustments are needed later. Also, KEEP THE DIRECTIONS, it has the contact info to Pfister. Also the soap dispenser stopped working after 4 months-not sure why as it was not clogged; perhaps the diaphragm quit holding a seal? Anyway, I contacted Pfister for both issues and they immediately sent us new parts, as this has a lifetime warranty. Thank you Pfister, and we are glad to have this beautiful faucet.

  • This faucet was beautiful and is a matte black finish. Super high quality faucet and comes with a drain to install as well. Highly recommend

  • After a couple months from purchasing this product this faucet started to chip. The quality is poor I do not recommend purchasing this.

  • This Pfister Vaneri Wall-Mounted Bathroom Towel Ring Towel Holder is a great replacement for my builder grade simple ring towel holder in my upstairs bathroom. I like that this is a fixed position towel holder and does swivel or rotate. The mounting hardware is included. It was a very simple install and feels very sturdy and solid. I really like the brushed nickel finish. This was a Very Nice Upgrade to my upstairs bathroom. I recommend this Pfister Towel Holder in the Brushed Nickel Finish

  • Great price, beautiful fixture. So impressed with how it looks. Very classy. Make sure to buy the connection piece to go with it! You will love this! I attached some pictures because I am so happy with my purchase. great pressure from the spout! You won't beat the price!

  • Ordered one just over a year ago and installed less than 9 months. With normal or less than normal use the hose attached to the handle sprung a leak and is not repairable. For the price of the unit one would expect more.

We bought the 24" satin nickel towel bar for 39$. Wish the metal was a heavier gauge. Kinda has that hollow metal feel. I wish we bought something from HD as this seems overpriced. The installation was not hard, it does come with a paper template which helps significantly. If mounting into drywall, I would not use the 1/4 drill bit called out by the manul, go slightly smaller so drywall anchor fits in snug. The hardware plate provided does allow you to do slight verticle adjustments to get perfectly level (3-5 mm adjustments.) Overall, for 40$, not worth one 24" towel bar. This should be more in line with a 25-30$ towel bar. Tools: Drill bit 1/4 for dry wall (go smaller than 1/4) then use a tiny bit for studs as a pilot hole, don't use the 3/16 called out. Hammer for anchor stems Provided allen key or use a flex allen key for tight spots. Leveler. Phillips screwdriver, Comes with 4 screws, 4 drywall anchors, 2 base plates UPDATE------ The Brushed metal finish does not match all the other Pfister hardware, Example the 24" towel bar, 18" towel bar, toilet paper bar. The Brushed metal has multiple looks to it and is not uniform. Some lighter with more zink, some golder. Bummer Pfister does not quality control these.

Hi all I did a lot of research before I bought this showerhead. I found this at a building center website and it had no reviews but pfisteroutlet.com and the USA site had excellent reviews so I bought it. It cost me $28 Canadian but shipping was included in the price and wow! This showerhead is so incredible! It is hard to believe that it is 1.5GPM. Our old showerhead was 2.5 and the water was just pouring out like no tomorrow and my boyfriend loved that showerhead and he was really against me even buying another one but his son showers for like an hour so I had to buy something water efficient. I find that the water pressure is very sufficient and the stronger setting is not needed and doesn't really do a lot more than the first setting. It is just louder and staggers out like if you forcefully spit out water from your mouth. I'm not saying it's bad but it's not really necessary. Someone said the spray is too narrow but it really isn't, it fans out like any other showerhead. If you're reading this and contemplating on buying this... Let me tell you this; you will not regret your purchase. I'm a girl with long hair and even the first setting washes out shampoo and conditioner very well. And someone else also said the water just trickles out or something along those lines but that is an utter lie! I am very happy with this showerhead. The piece that screws on the shower arm is plastic but it doesn't make a difference. Amazing showerhead!! Best 1.5 GPM showerhead out there!! I looked at many others but went with this one. Take a look at the picture I took with the water on. That is the first setting

  • Pfister Contempra. Guaranteed for life. All brass. Beautiful 8" wide chrome faucet. Came with all brass stopper too. High quality. I was skeptical about ordering my master bath faucet from pfisteroutlet.com. But I had nothing to lose. I ended up purchasing my entire master bath hardware from Pfister on pfisteroutlet.com. Saved a lot and looks gorgeous.

  • Love this faucet and adds a nice touch to our kitchen island.

  • I replaced my old faucet with this one because my old one was constantly covered in water spots and I couldn’t stand it. This one is very aesthetically pleasing and doesn’t show water spots- which is definitely a plus having three kids using this daily! The installation was quick and easy- it did state in the instructions to NOT use plumbers putty on the drain because it might mess up the seal. That worries me a little bit, but I tightened it as much as I could and so far no leaks! Hopefully it continues to be leak free and works as expected- will update the review If anything changes.

  • Funny they don't show a picture of the the spray head in use. I thought the spray head was attached by magnet to that metal "bridge" and the metal "springs" were what allowed for the head to move around. But it turns out the spray head detaches like a normal pull down spray head. The metal bridged is permanently attached at both ends. I uploaded a picture. I'm not sure why the metal "springs." Seems like it is actually "commercial styling" than function. That being said, it still looks nice and functions normally. I actually replaced a Pfister Miri I was using for years that has been leaking at the spray head. It must have been a 1.0 version because now they are selling a 2.0 version (I assume they fixed the leak). The Miri and this model both employ their TopPfit technology that does make it a bit, but only a bit, easier to install. You still need to go under the sink to change out the water lines, attach the spray head line and uninstall the old faucet's mounting mechanism. The problem is, even if, like me, you are also removing a TopPfit faucet, you still have to go under the sink to reposition the moveable metal locking mechanism that makes TopPfit possible back to its upright position in order to pull the TopPfit faucet back out (if that is possible, it was not included in their instructions). If Pfister was smart they'd add a way to reposition the metal lock without having to go under the sink as an incentive to keep customers coming back to their TopPfit faucets. Speaking of TopPfit, the soap dispenser doesn't have it, so, again, you're still going to be spending time under the sink installing that. Why don't they just make all their stuff TopPfit capable? In summary, the faucet is high quality, looks nice and functions like you would expect a pull down faucet to function. Hopefully this one will not start leaking like their Miri 1.0 (if Miri didn't leak, I probably would not have replaced it). And I hope Pfister will put some engineers to work on TopPfit 2.0 so it works for both installing and de-installing their faucets AND accessories.

    Fits GREAT 👍🏾

  • This faucet is super nice! Fits perfectly on my sink with a very close backslash. Great handle and the bonus soap dispenser matches beautifully. I was skeptical of quality due to low price but am so pleasantly surprised at the fantastic quality. 5 stars!
