  • I really like the look of this faucet. It is very elegant. The pulldown nozzle has added so much more usability not to mention the versatility of the different sprays. When not pulled out it returns smoothly to the dock with no issues and clicks right into place with no effort at all. That said, under the sink there is a weight that attaches to the hose that can be adjusted to allow for a longer length pull out, however, if you leave too much then the weight ends up not being in the best position for gravity to pull it back into place, so I had to find a good in between. I don’t mention that as a problem, because it isn’t. I have more than enough slack in the house to reach all of the area of the sink. I only mentioned that to make the statement that it is somewhat adjustable. The Topfit installation is a nice feature. Of course, attaching the water lines required crawling under the sink but we didn’t have to worry about working in the tight space behind the bowl. Sounds simple but it’s a real pain with most faucets. We did end up having to work behind the bowl to install the soap dispenser, but it wasn’t bad. Speaking of the soap dispenser it’s quite nice. For starters I was retrofitting, and it took the space that the old sprayer had been so no need to worry about what to do about an unfilled hole. It looks great, works great, and I love that I no longer need to have a soap bottle on top of the counter anymore. The only issue that I ran into was that the escutcheon was not completely flat leaving small gaps on each end. Because I was retrofitting, I needed it to cover the holes left from the previous faucet. When we tightened the faucet down, we noticed the small gaps on each end of the escutcheon and thought that our sink was the cause. We removed the faucet to see what could be done to fix it but then realized that it was actual the escutcheon that was warped and not the sink. That was almost a deal breaker but in the end we liked the faucet so well that we just silicone the small gap so that water couldn’t collect underneath and possibly allow water to seep to the cabinet below. Obviously if you are installing in a single hole that is a nonissue. Other than that, I’m very happy with this faucet and the install. We were able to do it ourselves without calling a plumber. It has made a huge difference in both look and utilization. Great upgrade for our kitchen.

  • The faucet itself is very attractive and functions well, but I dinged it two stars just because the water connections are really old technology. I install a lot of faucets during remodels, and these days most come with quick-connect fittings for the supply hose to the faucet. With these you simple push the two ends together and press in the locking clip and you're done. On this unit there is a threaded fitting on each end and you have to get a wrench up there to tighten it. This is made worse by the fact that it's only a few inches below the faucet, so you're really working in a crowded space. In addition to this, the hose end of the connection only has two flat spots for the wrench (as opposed to the 8 sides on a normal nut), so it's a pain to tighten. The other thing is that many faucets (at least over the $100 price point) come with built in water supply lines. They're just simple plastic, but they're handy and make for a quick job. This unit needs two separate supply lines. So all-in-all a fine faucet, but more like 1980s tech than others.

  • Looks great, but water output is very low

  • *Does not come with the bathtub drain or overflow cover* This kit comes with everything you need for install, even the valve that goes inside the wall. This set is absolutely gorgeous, a really nice black. We also picked up the matching bathroom faucet. Everything feels flawless, has an incredibly smooth finish that feels extremely durable, all the parts operate smooth and with the perfect amount of resistance. I am very disappointed that this did not include the drain or the overflow cover. It would have been nice to have them match the set.

  • Love it. It is sturdy, well made, it is a beautiful brushed gold color that goes well with the theme of my new kitchen.

The unit is beautiful and well made, but my one star is related to shipment that results in damaging finish of unit. First unit arrived in a box with other things, not too much room to move about. It is in a thin plastic bag that fits loosly around it. It was damaged from banging about in the box, so I requested replacement. Replacement arrived more damaged than first. It was not in a box, but the thin plastic bag around it and then placed into a very very thinly insulated bag. There was lots of room in the bag for it to move around and there was no protection from handling. I'm going to try for another round of replacement, and this is very inconvenient because the bathroom cannot be used. I have to just hope someone treats next one nicer.

  • We are delighted with the new faucet. It functions great, is a pleasing design and love the finish. It gave a breath of fresh air in style to a vanity that we have not yet replaced. It is about $100 less than some of the other faucets in this color and finish. I like the drain and the way the water flows from the faucet as well as the feel of the handles. Overall pleased with this purchase.

I needed a replacement because mine was stuck closed and didn’t pop up anymore. 30 seconds to install, fits and works perfect! Very pleased! The packaging said Pfister on it when it arrived.

  • I’m using this in my guest bathroom. At first I thought it would be perfect, but after getting a towel on it, it’s evident that the small lip isn’t enough to keep even a Turkish towel in place. It just goes right over the edge. I’m still using it, but might swap it out for a ring later.

  • We recently bought a (new to us) house and it needs replacement of all the fixtures from lighting to bathrooms. I ordered this for my son's bathroom that I am leaving decorated in a brushed nickel. This is a Pfister set which has historically been a high quality maker of a huge range of products and this set is no different. It is a 3 piece set that includes a towel bar, a hand towel bar and a toilet paper bar. It is heavy weight and feels very sturdy. There are no imperfections to the outside finish and the area inside looks well manufactured. All the install hardware is included as are many instructions and my personal favorite the fold out measure chart for the towel bar. The price on this is at the high end for a 3 piece accessory set coming in at just under $62 at the time of this review. However, based on the high quality and esthetic look I highly recommend.

  • Item was used. Had a white film and other deposits on the handles, gaskets and faucet. Faucet looked like it had enough deposits on it to have been in use for a year or two.

Was the only bath faucet I could find which fit in smaller than normal hole, had to engineer a little bit with additional pvc spacer underneath but that’s what you have to do for unusual installs.

  • Can't wait to get this in........it is back-up to the one I have. Workmanship is stout and the faucet is very handsome. Will follow up review once installed.
