Faucet had a crack in the side that would cause water to seep out.

The oil rubbed bronze looks perfect for my kitchen. This is a quality faucet and we were happy to find a matching RO spout. We don't use soap dispensers so that was discarded (not drilling a whole in quartz for that!). The head pulls out easily and the button toggles between spray and Non-spray mode. The head clicks into place so it will not eventually droop down. I can't believe how expensive these things are but we only really need one and it should last. We are very happy with this purchase.

I have just installed this pfaucet, and I'm happy with it. It is replacing an old Delta faucet that was on the sink when I bought the house more than 10 years ago. It had been leaking pretty badly (very hard water) and after the last washer replacement started leaking again within a week. That's when I decided to go faucet shopping. I was actually looking for the same model that was on the sink and had ordered it, but when the seller printed the shipping label, which triggers pfisteroutlet.com's system to say that the item shipped, but never actually shipped the faucet I had to go back to the drawing board. I'm glad I did because I'm very happy with this pfaucet. Pfirst, it fits the sink, it looks great, and was very easy to install. The old faucet was pretty gnarly and gross once it was removed and I realized that it had been leaking from underneath the handles as well, so it was a matter of time before a disaster happened in the kitchen. The new Pfister pfaucet was easy to install, the only tool that I needed was a pipe wrench and a towel to clean some drips. I'm actually kicking myself for not getting the model with the spray attachment, but such is life. I recommend this product. It's not pfancy and it won't garner oohs and awws from visitors, but it is a great replacement pfaucet for a regular kitchen.

Very nice. Makes the whole house prettier. On thel left is the new, on the right is the old one, even after cleaning.

PROS: Looks nice, good quality, VERY easy to install CONS: none so far I needed to replace the faucet (Delta) in my bathroom. This faucet is well built and feels solid. It does come with some plastic pieces, but that is all under the sink stuff, and feels solid as well. The install was SUPER SIMPLE and the directions were laid out very clearly and detailed. The hardest part of the entire install was removing the old faucet that had become corroded. So happy with the results and look of this faucet!

I bought this to replace my old kitchen faucet and what an upgrade this is! The 3 spray modes work great with tons of water pressure and I love the way this one looks in comparison to my old one. It is very easy to install from the top and I also love how it has the supply lines included for the hot and cold. I have installed a lot of faucets in my day, but this kit is premium compared to what I have worked with in the past. Pfister makes good products and I am very pleased with this purchase. Also, how can you go wrong with a lifetime warranty on the parts?! If you are looking to upgrade your kitchen faucet, you cannot go wrong with this one! I highly recommend it!

This product was a tad smaller than I thought it was, but was a good replacement for my prior delta showerhead that needed replacing. It was odd they do not include thread tape with the faucet. It was easy to install once I went out and bought my own tape. The shower head itself is pretty heavy, does not feel cheap or plastic. The neck is a little stiff, but you can move it somewhat while in use. The pressure was slightly less than my prior showerhead, but overall worked well. It was easy to shift between different functions. If you are looking for a less expensive replacement for a higher end shower head I would definitely recommend. It does not look cheap, like some other showerheads and was a great replacement for my guest bath.

Great if your not set up with a delta valve! Ugh so disappointed our plumber didn’t inform to shop for delta trim kits. So for my heart set on this only to learn the handle doesn’t fit the valve rough in. I fixed it by ordering a delta kit but I loved the shower head too much to return. So as long as this kit fits your valve I think you’ll love the vintage look. Its fits a smaller size than delta. Which none of this is the fault of product or company it was mine just being uniformed. I really love the look and will update with how the water works ASAP. Also I like how the shower head can still be tilted even though it has the curved neck bits not permanent like an over the head one.

If these are turned too far they break where the splined, plastic adapter meets at the valve. Replaced several with a different/shorter model for this reason.

Just had new house built. This was install in small bathroom. After one year leaking and almost ruined vanity. This is nice faucet but has design flaws. Even the plummer said they have had issues with them. Spent $12 more dollars on new hose thinking that was the problem. If you buy this faucet you need to get flash light, crawl under your cabinet everyday and look. When you go to work or leave go outside to water meter and turn off all water to house. When you get home get your light , crawl under sink, check for leaks. In the morning start all over again. Yes, that's what your dealing with here.

My 25 year old Price Pfister faucet needed a replacement aerator. The original was 2.2 GPM. Apparently, it is no longer available. This one is 1.75 GPM. It fit with ease and I noticed no significant difference in water flow.

Update: had the faucet for nearly 3 months now. Still love it - flow rate of 1.8 from gives amazing pressure. Only teensy complaint is the center “stem” leading to the faucet loosens if you swivel the faucet a lot and you have to tighten it. But it’s a very minor thing. Looked at similar bridge style faucets at a design showroom, but couldn’t justify $2,000 for just a faucet. Even the Moen & Koehler versions are pushing $900. Came on pfisteroutlet.com and found this for a little over $200 - looks just like the designer ones, but costs less. Performance wise, the last Pfister faucet I had lasted nearly a decade, and only got replaced by this one because of a kitchen remodel. Never a problem with leaks or drips, so I felt confident buying this. Had it installed for about a week now - so far, so good!

My house was a builder grade from 2001. I gotta say, it doesn't leak and works very well however it was pretty gross looking. Needed update all of it. We have no plumbing experience, watched a youtube video and followed the paper instructions it came with, fit perfectly! So if you got this crystal clear knob thing, this will work. The handle and brush nickel is very nice.

It looks fabulous. A little getting use to with the water lever on the right
