The faucet was complete hoses valve and handles. Installed in the existing holes with no problem. I did update the my shut off valves for better flow. My daughter loves it. Thinking of installing on in the master bathroom.

A little play in handles and back plates. Over all I am happy

Very nice faucet. Note for older tubs you may need to be a bit inventive to mount this product in the original holes. I used adapters from pfisteroutlet.com and a couple escutcheon rings to make this possible. Have a look at my review on the adapters for more details. Wall Mount 3-3/8" Adapter in Chrome Finish for Claw Foot Bathtub Faucet Adjustable Swing Arms Made of Solid Brass As far as the faucet is concerned though, it's a nice faucet and very elegant. I did have to tweak the angle of the shower handle hanger mounting spline a tiny bit to get it to align with the rest of the faucet but that was easily accomplished and anyone who's savvy enough to mount a faucet properly should be able to handle that. Great product and a nice solid feel.

Love the look and feel of my new bathtyb faucet...wud have loved to match it wth my new sink faucets but cud not find the waterfall tub faucet in Pfizer model so this 1 was just as nice.

The product was fine and worked okay. The valve I received had copper sweat connections and I wanted the one with threads to use with my existing connections.

I love Pfister products there’s no better water pressure faucet (IMO) on the market. Did a bathroom remodel and was a beautiful addition to the theme! Great value! Great product.

While I haven’t installed this yet, overall I really like the look of the set and the metal parts feel very sturdy. The product also comes with a limited lifetime warranty which is great. Also a big win is the set comes with the valve, but this does require me personally to hire a plumber for installation. Certainly would consider buying again if I ever needed too (but imagine I won’t with that included warranty!).

Packaging says its "genuine factory parts" BUT when my original one came from the factory it had "PRIDE PHFISTER" and "BATH CLEAN OUT" in the original to the my parts mold in it. Instead I got what I was expecting anyways, a totally letter free chromed face. According to the packaging its a genuine part.. I can see that it is made of quality materials and is just as heavy as my original to the factory one I replaced with the one in this listing. I put "value for money" into it having the words on the face so its LOW value to me. My 2 stars was because it didn't include the cotter pin. Yes the old one didn't snap but the stress knowing I might have to source out a new corrosion resistant pin in the middle of the operation annoyed me. I resisted buying a new one for years because its easy to fix old broken ones. Bend the spring ends and pop the ends into place. But the corrosion on the face was getting quite unsightly.

Confession - I planned to use the faucet on a new sink so it was very easy to install. if you are installing in an existing sink, it will probably be a challenge accessing the underside at the back behind the basin at the back of your cabinet. I've replaced a only a few faucets over the years and a couple have been impossible to work on without removing (like a deep basin laundry tub). The faucet installation instructions are well written and easy to follow. I had a single hole sink but the kit comes with an adapter plate to cover the unused holes if you have a 3 hole sink. The first several pictures show the sink during installation. (The black material you see on the sink is mass loaded vinyl - MLV - that I used to lower the sink noise - it wouldn't stay attached but I hadn't learned that yet at this point. And bird seed for ballast to keep the sink in a working position.) I paid a lot of attention to how the line for the retractable nozzle was placed during the installation. If it doesn't move smoothly, the nozzle may not retract. Even with that care, you see in the very last photo that in doesn't always fully retract fully. A problem with this, and it might be my sink tho' it is a standard size, is that water spray will reach over the front edge of the sink. It isn't a problem if the nozzle isn't set to spray. A minor plus was the soap dispenser. It dispenses soap by either pressing downward at the front or by pushing down at the at the back for one or two handed soap dispensing. One handed is very convenient. (The outlet on the left of the sink is an instant hot water dispenser - it is not a part of the faucet kit). In summary, I think it is a great faucet set and the brushed stainless finish matches my sink closely. I've used Pfister products before and have never had a problem.). As I noted above, self installation in an existing sink might give you a headache (literally and figuratively), especially if you have done one before.

This is a great product. I bought 2 to replace shower controls in a 45 year old mobile home. BUT, you need to know all the following: - The hot and cold control valves are ceramic valves that do not use traditional valve seats (small conical brass part that can be screwed into the mixer body). In fact, the body does not have a threaded receiver for a valve seat. Instead it has a flat, smooth surface for the ceramic control valve to seat on - which means it will only work with the ceramic control valves that come with it. - There is not a complete trim kit that fits this mixer valve. Even the very few Pfister says will work, won’t. That is because every complete trim kit is designed to fit the valves included in the kit - and none of the kits out there (and I looked at a bazillion of them) include ceramic control valves. They ALL include traditional valves with screw in valve seats. You can buy replacement ceramic valves by themselves but not in a trim kit. - To complete the trimming on this, you must buy flange/tube kits separately from the handles. There are only a few different flange/tube kits that fit the included ceramic control valves. The Danco 10307 (see pic) is really cheap, looks great, and fits the ceramic control valves perfectly. Those come in chrome or brushed nickel. You can buy the flanges separately from the tubes (as suggested in another review) but you will pay a LOT more. - Once you have flanges and tubes covering the valves, you have to find handles with 12 notches to fit the end of the control valves. They are fairly common but can be kinda expensive. I bought a complete trim kit (control valves, flanges, tubes, and handles) for less than three separate handles from the big box store. I tossed the valves, flanges, & tubes and kept the handles. Search for “Verve handles” and there are some reasonable options available. Do not try to use a traditional control valve from a complete kit in this mixer. While they appear to fit without using the conical seat, they do not seat well on the flat surface in the body - and will leak. I found a review where someone did that and complained that it leaked. Hopefully this information will help you move forward. I guess I need to qualify my “everything you need to know” statement: “Everything you need to know for Verve or verve-like trim” would be more accurate. I can’t really speak to other types of handles. I don’t know why they make it so difficult to get trim that fits this body - but who knows why people do stupid things anyway.

Had this for about 1 year and the threads cracked off of the deck mount POS needs to be metal not just look like metal. looking for a metal replacement

Muy buena compra. Llegaron a tiempo. Más no se si el material cambiará de color. Esperó qué. No. por el momento le daré 4 estrellas 🌟. Ya más adelante veré si no cambian de color o se dañen. Y le daré una estrellas 🌟 más

I just renovated my bathroom and put in a new quartz sink and needed a new faucet. This one is quite sleek and beautiful and I love the pop-up drain. My contractor says that's all he puts in anymore and I made an excellent choice. I'm very happy with it.

We needed a replacement for the calcified MOEN the previous home owners had so I chose this because my wife always wanted a high neck faucet with pull down sprayer and I wanted one with a lifetime guarantee. This was at a discount so I went for it. First off, I absolutely hate the need to use the included brass adapters to attach the water lines. There's no mention in the instruction that they're 1/2" male fittings (you're welcome) and the fact that you have to secure them with cotter pins to the very short copper pipes from the fixtures is frustrating to say the least. Secondly, like others have mentioned, water flow is low/weak. It's so bad that if your home water pressure drops a bit, like it the wash is going, someone's showing, etc, the spray function won't stay on since it's engineered to automatically switch back to a steam when you turn off the water flow. The problem seems to be with the included aerator because when I take off the entire spray attachment, the flow is strong. I don't know if it's just us, but I notice the spigot for the soap dispenser seems to not sit straight. Since my wife is happy with it and I busted my butt under that sink, and had to go to Home Depot for plumbing lines to connect it, it's staying put. In the mean time I'm looking for a cheap aerator I can stick in it that will allow more flow. Everything else about it, the look, the build, seem nice. We'll see how well it holds up or its back to MOEN we go.

it came not in original package with one missing part
