The picture on the sellers pfisteroutlet.com product page needs to be amended do this product justice. This is the way the tee arrived. The copper stem was properly protected as depicted with a plastic sleeve. The tee was properly labeled as indicated on the product itself. Very pleased as this is much more expensive on plumbing supply sites for what appears to be the same quality product.

Love these faucets especially the color. It has almost a gold like softness even though it’s chrome. Very up to date and good value for money.

Faucet handle was tough to turn and made an awful noise when you turned the water on. Google determined it was the cartridge. Couldn’t find manufacturer’s part number, but knew it was a Phister. This one looked like a fit so went with it. 5 minute install with help of my daughter to stand at water shutoff in case my plumbing skills weren’t up to snuff. Went in easy, no leaks and problem fixed. Price was comparable to big box stores, but of course with convenance of Prime.

i bought these a little while ago they look great. when i opened the package (it was sealed) there was a missing or broken part (am not sure i forgot) but i called price pfister and they sent me an entirely new one even though i just needed one piece so i guess the warranty is good for these type of products. but after installing them, they were perfect. i recommend

I bought this pull down faucet a little pricy one compare to the other cheaper ones on pfisteroutlet.com to avoid any issue. I bought this around 5-6 months ago and noticed that the head of the faucet doesn’t sit on its place. So I thought May be the product is new and stiff so after a couple use the head will loosened up and will sit properly in its place, which never happened. I don’t know if the product doesn’t has enough weight or the magnet is very cheap quality. I didn’t pay all for this. I had to put the faucet head manually rather it going automatically. The faucet looks nice but there is a manufactural fault. Before you buy, Just make sure that if faucet head doesn’t go back after pulling it down the first time mean it will never go back to its place. I would not suggest to buy this product at all. Very short review - save your self the aggravation down the road, the neck of the bottle will eventually break - Not if, but when, you will have to clean the soap mess up underneath your sink, and believe me it makes a mess... there has to be a better quality bottle, my first one lasted 3 years, this one 4, never again...

Attached is the product that we received. No grooves. This part cannot function without the grooves. It is as though it was taken off the production line halfway through and sold before being finished. Useless like this. Reached out to the seller and have heard nothing back yet. Will update if I hear something. Update: received a replacement. Works great.

Shopped all the home improvement stores and couldn’t find a kitchen faucet that was either the quality or the style I wanted. This however is both stylish and the quality seems very good! My husband didn’t want to chance on non quality because he doesn’t want to replace it again soon. Love the magnetic feature on the nozzle. That was the problem with previous faucets, dangling or dripping. I will update if we have issues. We don’t have a hole for the soap dispenser though.

PROS: Fast install and easy to work with and install from the top (great idea, still have to crawl under to connect water...), comes with single and multiple hole plates for various replacement needs, long semi-flexible water leads are well labeled for hot and cold feeds, self seal well onto existing standard shut off valves, (just tighten with a wrench), plug and play spray hose works great with no leaks speeding up there output hookup, makes a great modern looking replacement for old/or outdated leaking dripping faucets and/or worn out handles/valves, spray head defaults to normal stream with push button for spray, pull out hose and magnetic holder work good, plenty of angles available even without pulling head out, super shiny easy to clean chrome finish, nice smooth faucet actions and stem swivels easily, comes with aerator tool and install tools. CONS: Much harder and takes much longer to get old faucet out, threads are very long with lots of spinning required to initially tighten and finish the top instal and comes with a 1/4hex key socket adapter that fits the top tightening wrench, however, unless you have a 90 degree adapter for your driver or your not installing it under cabinets, you can't fit your driver under the cabinet to power spin it on. (great thought though)...so lots of manual spinning. Overall great value and complete package for new or replacement uses, ceramic valves should last a long time.

Manual doesn’t match what was in the box So you need to guess if you want to use it I had to go to the store and pay full price but I got a genuine item that matches the manual and the box
