  • Over the years I have remodeled several bathrooms, and I constantly find myself seeking out Pfister products. Mainly because the beautiful finishes, they're easy to install, and excellent quality. The Willa Tub & Shower Trim Kit is no exception. I ordered this kit for my guest bathroom remodel. The trim pieces are easy to clean and comes in a beautiful brushed nickel finish. While the trim pieces still get the occasional water spots and fingerprints, it is a lot more resistant compared to other trim kits I've used in the past. That is one of the things I like most about Pfister. They really pay attention to details. Each trim piece has a flawless finish with no imperfections, and the tub spout has a "QuickConnect" making the installation process simple. The other thing I really like about Pfister is they make the behind the wall installation process so much easier compared to other installs I've completed. The instructions are exceptionally easy to follow, and this kit comes with all the parts you need for a successful install. The brass valve is excellent quality, has good water pressure, and Pfister also offers a limited lifetime warranty. The peace of mind is worth the additional cost to know that I am installing a reliable plumbing component behind my wall. The last thing I want to do is tear up my finished bathroom due to a faulty valve. Bottom Line: If you are thinking about ordering The Pfister Willa Tub & Shower Trim Kit I wouldn't even give it another thought. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Heavy duty faucet and hand held shower wand. We rarely use the shower component. Superb water flow for our large soaking tub. It’s a handsome design, too. Very pleased!

  • Great addition to our guest bathroom remodel. Just wish it came with the push drain stopper like our other Pfister faucet we got did, that is the same exact faucet but in Bronze (we got on a different site). So much better than the old school stick push drain stopper this one has. Hence why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. Still highly recommend.

If you broke or lost the part that prevents your faucet handle from spinning freely, this is exactly what you want

  • This was a perfect update to our 1990's Price Pfister Avante pull handle. We did not need the adapter kit that Pfister said we would. It was a little tricky to install and does not do well with hard water as you can see but I love it!!

Beautiful toilet paper holder. I got it to match the Pfister Pasadena faucet in our bathroom. The arm is not fixed in place, it swings out and in. We had no issues installing it in the side of our wood vanity.

  • This is not metal. The tub spout is plastic. The trim plate is plastic. The only parts that are metal are the handle(lever), the shower head neck and tools to install it. Quality is not anything good. Buy a PRO GRADE trim kit

Arrived today and installed this afternoon. Fast install and it fit our faucet. The arm on the cartridge that was in the faucet began failing to hold the handle in a fixed off position which was causing a drip issue. Seems to be fixed now. Hopefully it holds up.

We bought this as "Refurbished". It arrived in perfect condition. It did not look like it had been installed anywhere. The box had all the original parts. The only thing missing was the paper work including installation instructions. I went on youtube and watch a video for installing this exact faucet. I had it installed in a new sink in under an hour. This is a beautiful faucet. My wife absolutely loves it. We paid about half the retail price for a new one at home depot. Totally satisfied with this purchase. We are just starting a remodel but I added a picture of the faucet.

Appearance is beautiful and high quality. Plumbers installed two in less than an hour with ease. Fast delivery.

  • The - Pfister Vaneri Wall-Mounted Screw-In Towel Hook Robe Hook for Bathroom in Spot Defense Brushed Nickel Finish - matches the hardware and the fixtures in my bathroom almost perfectly. The quality seems to be very good and the finish looks nice. Install was pretty easy for this amateur handy-woman. What gave me the most trouble was finding the correct size drill bit (5/16" which I didn't have) to drill holes in the drywall for the anchors, and the allen wrench provided wasn’t easy to use. After a few times of dropping it, I pulled out the drill and bit to finish the job. I'm happy to say the towel hook is secure on the wall and looks great. I would buy this again.

Converted an early '90s Pfister Price round plastic pull/twist knob to a lever style hardware for an elderly user. You'll need both the lever hardware and the stem extender to make it work, but those two pieces together made the conversion a 60 second job so our elderly grandparent can easily grasp and manipulate the shower valve on/off and adjust the temperature without having to try to use enough hand strength to manipulate the old original round plastic knob when taking a shower.

  • Love this faucet just wish the pull down hose was about a foot longer...it is only about 10” long...can’t reach the bottom of the sink, it only reaches about 2 inches passed the top edge of the sink. But it is so sleek and stylish. Love the brushed gold color. Matches perfectly with my brushed gold sink. I will update this after I have had it for a while...it was just installed today.

Don’t worry that this shutoff valve looks different than the original ceramic unit. Pfister changed the design but this unit is the correct numbered replacement. When I first saw this ceramic unit I was puzzled how it works as there didn’t seem to be a valve seat and rubber washer like the traditional valves. No worries. The water flow is controlled by the ceramic valve and works well. You can use a wrench to get the old valve out but will need a plumbers socket to put the new valve in. In order to attach the decorative handle sleeve back on there is a plastic cover that is screwed on (comes with each valve). Also works well. If only one valve is leaking replace both because they are the same age and you already have the tools out! The valve comes to you with “on” counter clockwise. If you are changing out a valve that has “on” clockwise, you just need to take off the white plastic ring on the stem and flip it over. Once you reseat the plastic ring back into the brass slot, you would have changed the direction of the valve. Kind of weird but it works. One word of caution, it is easy to accidentally push the bottom of the valve out and the working parts with it. So be careful as you unpack the valve. Fortunately for me, I had purchased two valves and could learn how to put the messed up valve back together based on the still assembled valve. Not hard in retrospect but it was a learning experience. Sorry to not have taken more pictures.

We replaced our old bar sink with a beautiful new copper sink. This faucet is absolutely perfect for our bar and goes well with the overall rustic decor of our home. The quality seems very good. Very happy with my purchase!
