  • This shower head kit looks absolutely beautiful in our bathroom! We searched through so many options for a golden finish, but most were far too expensive. This one had the perfect look at a much more reasonable price, so we bought it right away. Our contractor installed it with no issues—he mentioned everything fit perfectly and was very easy to work with. The water pressure is excellent, and overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the quality and appearance of this product.

This Pfister faucet is exactly what I was looking for for our farmhouse kitchen. We are remodeling our kitchen and I was looking for something to match the rustic midcentury modern aesthetic. The finish on this Pfister faucet is really spot on for what I was after. Construction wise, it is every bit as good as the Moen faucet it was replacing. The action on the handles is second to none and the sprayer faucet, which is often a 'forgotten element' in any kitchen, is beautifully matched to the rest of the setup. One thing that I truly appreciate about this faucet setup is the overall design. In a traditional single-hole faucet you end up with a lot of water splashes and build up on the wide base underneath the faucet where it connects to the sink basin. With this design, you have two small surface area portions that you end up with limescale build up and prevent having a large surface area to catch running water and build up. The flow of 1.8gpm is perfect for a kitchen faucet and is enough to fill pots and pans quickly for cooking without blasting you to kingdom come. That's what the sprayer is for! Interestingly, the sprayer is probably my favorite part about the faucet set. It just has a beautiful aesthetic to it and I am happy to see the trend of a separate sprayer coming back vs a built in removable magnet sprayer.

  • We bought this for our bathroom remodel project. My wife like the design. And Pfister is a famous brand. Our plumber install it quickly. And it looks really nice. But then we found the vanity leaks, the water comes from seams between the fat rubber gasket and the vanity drain. Our plumber fixed it twice. He tried adding more plumber's putty, or tight it harder (we don't want to over-tight this rubber at the beginning). But no dice it leaks again and again. Our plumber recommend us to buy a new pair of gaskets. So I bought another no-name brand sink stopper from pfisteroutlet.com which is metal but only cost like $18. The replacement sink stopper works like a charm, no leak. Our Plummer didn't figure out exactly what's wrong with the Pfister's plastic sink stopper, the gasket seems soft and not broken. But we can tell the top plastic structure (showed in picture) is flimsy, that might be the issue. But again, the faucet is nice. It's heavy weight and looks well built. My wife like the smooth design. But the sink stopper is not a good quality. Because the faucet has silicone seal, so we don't want to disassemble and return it. Keeping the set is a bit frustrated because we need to pay our plumber's hours which is much more than just buying a normal metal built sink stopper. Last small whine is the four colors of this faucet has different texture. The brushed gold one and chrome one are not water spot resistant, so it's prone to looks dirty with water marks. I didn't notice it only covers the black and brush nickel color, but the description seems clear, I don't know why I misread it. In overall it's a disappointed set. Maybe they should sell the faucet and stopper separately, so we can buy a higher quality stopper to save money for the back and forth fixes from a plumber.

  • Manufacturers are getting better and better at installation. This is fantastic. The supply lines are clearly labeled. The instructions are in English and make sense. They even include instructions on flushing the lines before reattaching them to the new faucet which I've never seen before. Not only were the instructions easy to follow, I learned something. The gaskets do a great job everywhere they should. The finish is flawless and elegant. The handle feels wonderful to use. This is a classy faucet. I wish there was more to say but the product speaks for itself. Oh, you will need supply lines if you don't happen to have them already from your previous faucet.

Perfect fit for our super old pfister set. The previous owners 15+ years ago had just remodeled the bathroom, and got the hot and cold backwards. So, the handle doesn't line up to the "sun" or the "snowflake" engraved on the silver, but it's so faint that it doesn't bother me. Our old handle stopped working, probably from the *now* brass piece malfunctioning (it was plastic in the old systems). 10/10 looks great, feels secure, worth the money!!! Now I just need to polish my tub faucet to match LOL

  • Doesn’t have that tarnishing look that some have. No fingerprints or water spots after using. Very nice quality and would purchase again. There is a decreased water flow which is to be expected in a newer faucet but not a problem at all.

  • I absolutely love my faucet! It was very hard to find the double handles and it’s beautiful. How ever the drain for garbage disposal didn’t fit so had to purchase separately but no big deal.

  • Easy to install and it looks great. With the right tools it takes probably 25 minutes. I’m a female and not strong so the right tools helped undo the bolts. This is very nice and good quality.

  • Great Product and I know the secret now. The trim kit is almost impossible to find information for. I was able to find more information on the Abominable Snowman and Lochness monster than a trim kit. The recommended choices are expensive and not so great looking. After weeks of research this is what you need! 3- Pfister 972-201A Reversible Sleeve, Polished Chrome These will screw into the plastic and covers and diverter valve They look to be reversible to give you different length 3- Pfister 960801A Replacement Part These trim rings/flange will go with the sleeves above 3- I believe any Pfister 3 handles will work. I used the Metal Verve Knob Handles.Pfister 3-Handle Tub & Shower Faucet with Metal Verve Knob Handles, Polished Chrome Edit:I did forget to include that this was a replacement, as my original order one of the valve stems were leaking. pfisteroutlet.com was quick to replace, but the wife was none to happy for two days.

  • The water handle on my mother -in-law's broke off years ago and they were just dealing with it. I thought this would be a nice surprise for her and is definitely was! The faucet shipped in its retail packaging and arrived without any damage. It includes everything you need to install (as lease it does for our situation) and is designed for 3/8" lines (it does include two 5/8 "to 3/8" diameter supply adapters). It took longer to remove the old faucet than installing the new one. There is a very slight reduced water flow compared to the older faucet, but not anything that matters. It feels like a nice and solidly built unit, that should last for many years!

  • Absolutely love it. Goes well with my sink.

Pfister OEM part lasted about 20 years- Warranted for LIFE...Installed new Pfister Georgetown faucet in 1994 The hot side was leaking so installed a Danco Perfect Match 80359 Faucet Seat Washer For Price Pfister sold for $2 at my local hardware store. The Danco had a slightly different profile than the OEM hydroseal and that is all that my hardware store had on hand and it worked to stop my leak... The seat was worn and pitted so I considered the new Danco hydroseal a stop gap until Pfister shipped a replacement cartridge as a part of their lifetime warranty on finish and function...I needed to give installation date and part number as the Pfister Rep seemed unable to find what I needed in his database. NOTE: The cartridge assembly is a two piece unit on my Georgetown widespread Pfister faucet... The bottom metal portion with the OEM hydroseal Price Pfister 949-360 Hydro-Seal, 2 Count UNDERNEATH had to be removed by catching the small groove just ABOVE the seal with a o-ring removal tool I already had on hand Lisle 31840 O Ring and Seal Pick and a firm tug. Initially I sucked the water out with a straw and could see the top of the hydroseal when I peered in with a flashlight... After I saw a photo online of the entire cartridge assembly, with the groove in the base, I figure I could hook the groove from the INSIDE and remove the bottom portion. I did NOT notice this groove when looking down from the top with a flashlight. Note newer Pfister faucets (after 1996) have a ceramic valve that probably will last longer than its owner.
