  • This faucet is stunning, functional and looks amazing on our master bath tub.

  • Love the slide bar but it comes with a very basic shower head. One of the cheapest I've seen. For the price I paid, I was expecting something nicer. Don't waste your money, keep looking or just buy the slide bar separately and get a shower head your gonna like.

I love love this kitchen faucet spray. It goes so well with our kitchen color and large sink. This will be our 2nd spray replacement due to our children over the years playing with it somehow do something to it that breaks the inside. I would feel terrible even attempting to return it or contacting Pfister directly as they do offer a lifetime guarantee. I didn’t want to spend $30-$49 again to replace it so luckily I found one through pfisteroutlet.com that was less because it was used. The description said it works great and in my opinion the used one looks exactly like a brand new one.

They looked nice but after 1 year they are already rusting

  • These faucets are perfect for what I wanted! I did a bathroom reno and wanted a clean and modern look. These fit the bill and feel super durable/ heavy and look very expensive. No issues with leaks or drips. Very happy with them!

  • Disappointed the color is more of a dark champagne bronze than soft gold. But looks like a nice piece of color is not an issue.

  • These heads are huge! I wear a size 'L' glove, and these dwarf my hands. They're 4.5" long! In a large, 2-person shower they may be great, but in the smaller single-person shower I'm building, they're too much. I never installed and tested these, but they look and feel solid. They don't feel cheap. The head doesn't swivel as far to the left or right as I would've hoped. You may want to make sure they're pointing pretty close to the right direction to begin with. (I have a slanted wall in my installation, and they don't swivel enough to compensate.) I ended up returning them because they're too big, and don't swivel enough for my application.

This part is the replacement part for hot water (or counterrotaation) side. The cold water side is part number 910-6830. But looks like pfisteroutlet.com does not carry it. You can find it uisng google search. Replacement is very easy, took 5 minutes. Will give 5 star if Pfister put more detail on the package label. Be aware that 910-6830 listed in Pfister web site shows that part is for hot water which is incorrect. It should just indicates it opeerates counterclockwise, instad left or right, hot or cold.

  • I love this elegant faucet. The arc will swivel from left to right, and is much more convenient, since the water flows from a greater height above the sink. What I didn't expect was the nice size of the pop-up drain, which is much more attractive than traditional sink drains.

  • We got the Pfister Wray Kitchen Faucet to replace our dying kitchen faucet. The old one was a pain to both install and to remove as you had to reach up behind the sink to tightened the holding bolt. This one installs from above and was the easiest faucet I have ever installed. It comes with a special tool that you use to spin the inside of the faucet that causes a self-tightening lever-bolt to flatten out against the bottom of the sink so that you don't have to reach up behind the basin to tighten it (be sure to store this tool on the bottom of the faucet under the sink for when you have to replace it). Worked great! My biggest complaint about installation was that the water supply lines were very stiff and really took some finagling to attach to the water supplies. The faucet itself is made of a brushed stainless that doesn't show spots. It is a high-neck design with a pull-down handle. The weight for the pull-down is a very heavy metal and needs to be placed carefully during installation. The faucet has three modes - spay, stream and powerful cleaning spray. All three throw out a lot of water - much more than our old faucet. There is also a magnetic latch to keep the faucet head in the proper storage in the goose-neck. Overall, a great kitchen faucet at a reasonable price! And it comes with a matching soap dispenser!

This plastic piece broke off my shower handle. The brass replacement fit perfectly and was super easy to replace. It feels so much sturdier and was an inexpensive fix to what I thought was a larger problem.

  • These must be knock offs bc we have used this brand when building our homes and they have always been of great quality but these are junk! The finish is coming off of them!!

Heavy, real metal and beautiful style. Many other well known brands have plastic tub spouts and shower heads for a higher cost. Valve must be purchased separately.

  • Just installed and used it for less than 2 months and the "decorative string ?" shown on picture here has broken. Hope the water won't leak from it. Love the modern look of the handle but wish the quality was better than the look :(

The threaded end is slightly different from my old hose. Fortunately the threaded nozzle end can be removed. There is a plastic retention ring that can be pushed out with a long o-ring pick. Once removed, put the old nozzle end back on.
